Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Xiaochaihu decoction on the postoperative recovery of intertrochanteric fracture of femur in elderly patients.Methods: 1.From September 2020 to December 2022,80 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur who were operated in Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Randomly grouping patients;40 cases in the experimental group were treated with routine treatment after operation,and the control group was only treated with routine treatment after operation.Harris score,VAS score before and 3 days,1 week and 1 month after operation,and hip joint range of motion 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 27.0.Using network pharmacology,the mechanism of“Xiaochaihu Chemical Treatment”on senile osteoporotic fracture was studied by mapping the therapeutic target of“Xiaochaihu Chemical Treatment”,constructing a protein interaction network with osteoporosis and GO enrichment analysis.Results: 1.All 80 patients were followed up for more than three months,and there were no complications such as wound infection,drug allergy and fracture nonunion after operation.After 1 month,3 months and 6 months of treatment,Harris score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and both groups had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),but the VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after 3 days,1 week and 1 month,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the hip joint mobility between the two groups before operation(P>0.05),and the hip joint mobility in the experimental group was higher than that in the observation group after 1 week,1 month and 3 months.4.According to the analysis of network pharmacology,“Xiaochaihu Huacai”can play a therapeutic role on osteoporotic fracture in elderly patients by inhibiting osteoclast differentiation,promoting osteoclast apoptosis and promoting osteoblast generation. |
