Objective:1.To investigate the diagnostic significance of the common compound pulse of the slippery pulse in ancient literature by means of a literature study.2.Through the method of clinical observation and case collation,analyze the distribution of the causes 、 pathogenesis 、 and sites(locations)suggested by the common compound pulse of the slippery pulse in the clinical records,and initially summarize the formation mechanism and clinical diagnostic significance of the common compound pulse of the slippery pulse.Methods:1.Through the database of ancient books and other means to obtain the relevant literature to be consulted: "Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases"(Eastern Han Dynasty-Zhang Zhongjing),"Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber"(Eastern Han Dynasty-Zhang Zhongjing),"Complete Works of Jingyue"(Ming Dynasty-Zhang Jiabin),"Systematized Identification of Warm(Pathogen)Diseases"(Qing Dynasty-Wu Jutong),"Clinical evidence guide medical case"(Qing Dynasty-Ye Tian Shi),"Class evidence sanction"(Qing Dynasty-Lin Pei Qin),etc.,to extract the card method,from the relevant articles to systematically The types of common compound astringent pulse are sorted out from the relevant articles,and then the respective diagnostic significance is summarized.2.Through the method of clinical research,1919 medical records of patients treated by Professor Yao Meiling,Dr.Zhi-Ling Yao,Associate Chief Physician and Professor Shi Qiang whose pulses contained "slippery" were used as the subjects of the study,and the clinical diagnostic significance of the common compound slippery pulse was extracted by the method of clinical extract cards strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the above extract cards were statistically analyzed.The frequency of the clinical diagnostic significance of the common compound slippery pulse was counted separately and the clinical diagnostic significance was summarized.Finally,the results of the literature statistics of the slippery compound pulse types and their diagnostic significance were compared and corroborated with the clinical case statistics of the slippery compound pulse types and their clinical diagnostic significance.Results:Results of the literature study: 268 texts containing slippery pulse were extracted,54 single slippery pulse and 218 compound slippery pulse.Among them,198 were compound slippery pulse in the two-factor category,21 were compound slippery pulse in the three-factor category,and 5 were compound pulse in the four-vein compound chord category.Statistics found that the slippery pulse is often combined with the number of veins,sinking veins,string veins,flooding veins and floating veins,of which 42 are slippery,34 are sinking and slipping,27 are stringing and slipping,19 are flooding and slipping,and 16 are floating and slipping,while the three-factor slippery pulse class compound pulse is not recorded much,often combined with stagnation;(3)water and qi stagnation;(4)qi stagnation or yang evil;(5)food and qi coagulation;(6)insect accumulation and abdominal pain;(7)normal pulse,kidney pulse is uniform.(3)Floating and slippery pulse(in descending order of frequency):(1)blockage by real evil(phlegm-based);(2)upward disturbance by wind and phlegm;(3)internal accumulation of food;(4)new illness,qi and blood are still solid and undeficient;(5)real evil qi and hyperactive yang heat.(4)stringent and slippery pulse(in descending order of frequency):(1)real evil(phlegm-based)stagnation;(2)phlegm with yang evil;(3)deficiency with phlegm internal obstruction;(4)food stagnation or liver stagnation;(5)pregnancy;(6)qi rebellion;(7)qi stagnation with phlegm;(8)yin deficiency;(9)spleen and kidney deficiency;(10)Internal dietary injury with external sensation.(5)Flooding and slippery pulse(in descending order of frequency):(1)internal heat and fire in the qi division;(2)internal heat and volatile fire;(3)summer heat in Yang Ming and water in the chest;(4)Yang Qi is strong and slippery;(5)phlegm and evil stagnation;(6)Fire evil is stagnant.(6)Slippery and racing pulse(in descending order of frequency):(1)Blood deficiency;(2)Pregnancy;(3)Internal knotting;(4)Dampness and heat;(5)External sensation.(Second)、Three factors slippery pulse class compound pulseThrough literature combing,the slippery pulse category is mostly associated with heat,where the diagnostic significance suggested by the large slippery pulse is:(1)food accumulation and Yang evil;(2)phlegm fire or phlegm heat.The diagnostic significance suggested by the solid slippery pulse is solid heat.The diagnostic significance suggested by the chordal slippery pulse is Yin deficiency with heat.The diagnostic significance suggested by the smooth pulse is heat and phlegm in the lung.The diagnostic significance of the sunken and slippery pulse is heat syncope.The diagnostic significance of the sunken and slippery pulse suggests a Qi syncope.The diagnostic significance of the delayed string and slippery pulse is cold stagnation.The diagnostic significance of the sunken thin and slippery slightly heavy;(5)yin deficiency with damp heat,heat heavy in the qi ying.(3)Stringent and slippery pulse:(1)evil stagnation turns into heat,with heat(fire)in the qi division being heavy;(2)deficiency of positive qi,(heat,phlegm,wind,etc.)interfering with obstruction;(3)blood deficiency carrying heat,with(phlegm,wind,dampness,drinking,water)evil blocking the qi mechanism;(4)(phlegm,heat,wind,poison,turbidity,etc.)stasis and obstruction;(5)yin deficiency,(wind,cold,dampness,heat)evil stagnation turns into heat;(6)deficiency of qi and blood,with internal stagnation of heat;(7)great deficiency of qi and yin,with(wind,dampness,phlegm,stagnation of fire and poison)obstruction;(8)Qi and Blood are not in harmony,and there is internal stagnation of studies,slippery pulse is mostly found in combination with counted pulse,string pulse,floating pulse and fine pulse.3.The diagnostic significance of the slippery pulse class compound pulse is a combination of the diagnostic significance of the single factor pulse slippery pulse and its phase compound pulse.4.Slippery chord pulse mostly indicates that the evil stagnates into heat,with heat(fire)in the qi part being heavy;floating slippery pulse mostly indicates that the wind carries(phlegm,damp,etc.)other evil interferes with heat,with heat being heavy;slippery number pulse mostly indicates that the heat in the qi part is stagnant with other evil(phlegm,wind,damp,cold),with heat being heavy;fine slippery pulse mostly indicates that the qi deficiency is stagnant with real evil(phlegm,damp,etc.);floating slippery chord pulse mostly indicates that the wind is stagnant with other evil(phlegm,heat,damp,cold,drink,etc.),with heat being heavy;fine slippery chord pulse mostly
