Refined Management Of Medical High-value Consumables And Optimization Strategy Of Wuxi X Hospital

With the rapid development of medical technology,high-value medical consumables are increasingly widely used in clinical practice,and their use management is increasingly valued by medical institutions at all levels.The traditional and extensive management methods and management concepts can no longer meet the needs of various medical institutions for refined management.Therefore,how to achieve the refined management of high-value consumables,so that hospitals can improve the efficiency of operation and management,control medical costs,reduce the waste of medical resources,ensure medical safety,and then help the people alleviate the problem of "difficult and expensive to see a doctor" while improving the level of medical technology and service capabilities,which is of theoretical and practical significance.This paper analyzes and studies the fine management of high-value consumables of Wuxi X Hospital,in order to provide reference and reference for improving the fine management of high-value consumables in X Hospital and other similar public hospitals.Through reviewing literature,this paper introduces in detail the related concepts of high-value consumables,full life cycle management,and procurement with volume,introduces public service theory and refined management theory as the theoretical basis,focuses on the management status and measures of Hospital X in the field of high-value consumables,and analyzes the results of the refined management of high-value consumables in Hospital X through a combination of theoretical analysis and data analysis.The staff involved in the management of high-value consumables were exchanged and interviewed,and the fine management of high-value consumables of Hospital X was sorted out and analyzed in depth from the aspects of procurement,supply,use and management,and combined with specific data and cases,the problems existing in the refined management of high-value consumables in Hospital X were found,and the causes of the problems were analyzed to discuss optimization strategies.The study shows that the fine management of high-value consumables in X Hospital has the following problems:(1)Lack of standards for internal control management;(2)Plenty problems in the procurement process;(3)The information system is not connected;(4)The management concept is extensive and unsophisticated.After in-depth analysis and research,it was found that the root cause lies in:(1)Lack of accuracy in daily monitoring;(2)Lack of effectiveness in supply regulation;(3)Platform construction lacks precision;(4)Management collaboration lacks closeness.Finally,by learning from the practices of advanced regions and combining the actual situation of Hospital X,five optimization strategies are proposed:(1)Clarify the management goals and indicators of high-value consumables;(2)Optimize the procurement and supply process;(3)Optimize the regulatory evaluation mechanism;(4)Accelerate the construction of information system platforms;(5)Strengthen personnel training.
