Background:Under the background of the new medical reform,the traditional extensive hospital management mode can not meet the needs of modern hospital development.Refined management as a scientific management tool,was introduced into the medical industry,and applied to the management of medical quality.It is worthy studying and discussing the effect of refined medical quality management.Aims:Through the study of the implementation of the medical quality of Dongyang People’s Hospital and the evaluation of the indicators of medical quality,the effect of refined management of medical quality is discussed.Methods:The medical quality of 2012-2016 is selected as a research object,and the literature data analysis method is used to select a representative,high sensitivity,good value-oriented indicators and to establish medical quality evaluation system.By using the comprehensive index method to organize data,and ranking according to the level of the composite index,the higher the composite index,the better the quality of medical management.Results:According to the evaluation results,the hospital service capacity has greatly improved,smooth operation of the diagnosis and treatment activities as well as medical efficiency have improved significantly,drug safety is guaranteed,the hospital infection maintains a low level,medical expensesare controlled reasonably,the needs of patients is basically satisfying.Overall,the composite index has risen from 5.97 in 2012 to 7.98 in 2016,and the medical quality of the hospital shows a rising trend year by year.It is better than the other Tertiary Hospital in the province.Conclusions:The refined medical quality management of Dongyang People’s Hospital is productive.The refined management can improve the quality of medical.The refined management of medical quality is carried on by establishing information system,building information management platform,relying on the performance appraisal guide,adhering to the methods of "going out" and "introduced",advancing with the times to provide patients with more satisfied services.
