The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made it clear that China has turned to the stage of high-quality development.The economic and social development of the "14th Five-Year Plan" period will take promoting high-quality development as the theme.The same is true of the medical industry.Public hospitals urgently need high-quality development and transformation.Medical personnel are the backbone of public hospitals and play an important role in protecting people’s health.The overall satisfaction level of medical staff is not only directly related to the physical and mental health of medical staff,but also has a great impact on the quality of medical services in their medical institutions,the efficiency of medical operation and the construction of talent team.It is conducive to improving the satisfaction of medical staff,improving the quality of medical services,enhancing the centripetal force and cohesion of medical staff,and building a high-quality talent team.Based on the research background above,this paper takes the medical staff of a third-class hospital(Hospital A)as the main research object and designs a satisfaction questionnaire with six dimensions including the job itself,salary and welfare,development and promotion,working environment,interpersonal relationship,and willingness to stay or leave through literature research.The questionnaire survey is conducted on the medical staff of Hospital A.SPSS26.0 analysis software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and differential statistical analysis of the samples and qualitative research was carried out through individual interviews to understand the actual situation of medical staff satisfaction.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the satisfaction of medical staff in Hospital A is generally satisfactory,but there are still problems and shortcomings.The main factors affecting the satisfaction are: salary and welfare,promotion and development,work pressure,etc.On this basis,the paper puts forward some strategies to improve the satisfaction of medical staff in Hospital A,including reasonably increasing the salary level of medical staff,optimizing the title evaluation system,creating a high-quality talent training platform,and building a new culture of high-quality development.It is hoped that this study can effectively improve the satisfaction of medical staff in Hospital A and at the same time,provide reference for decision-making in internal management of similar medical institutions.
