| Labor dispatch,as a new and gradually mature form of labor,solves the problem of labor shortage under the traditional power labor relationship,reduces the cost of human resources in enterprises,and is recognized and protected by the society at the legal level.The medical market has a bright prospect,but the competition is also very fierce.hospitals supplement a large number of resources to support basic medical work.Greatly reduce the cost of employment,quickly fill the vacancy,so that it gradually become an important support for the development of the hospital,but because of the lack of management,also bring many problems.This paper takes the medical labor dispatch staff of J Hospital as the research object.Based on the field investigation of the operation status,the characteristics of the use of human resources and the status of the medical labor dispatch staff of J Hospital,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the post information,attitude of the medical labor dispatch personnel and their satisfaction with management measures by means of questionnaire survey and personnel interview.The differences between dispatched medical labor workers and regular employees are compared and analyzed.Problems existing in J Hospital’s management of dispatched medical labor workers are summarized,and the causes of these problems are further analyzed.Through this study,it is concluded that the reasons of imperfect management system construction,unreasonable security and incentive mechanism,imperfect talent training system and low level of integration into the hospital enterprise culture lead to the management problems.Therefore,this paper puts forward targeted optimization measures,one is to strengthen the construction of management system,two is to establish a fair and reasonable guarantee and incentive mechanism,three is to improve the personnel training system,four is to strengthen the construction of hospital enterprise culture,and put forward four optimization guarantee measures,They are the construction of scientific management ideas,the establishment of management supervision group,the regular investigation of the status quo of talent training and the "internal thinking outside learning" corporate culture. |
