Fritillaria taipaiensis P.Y.Li is a dry bulb of a Fritillaria plant in the Liliaceae family.It is also known as Tai Bei,Qin Bei,Jian Bei.It is a common Chinese medicinal herb and has a variety of medicinal functions.F.taipaiensis medicinal has the effect of heat-resisting,nourishing the lungs and dispelling carbuncle,and can treat lung heat dry cough,cough less phlegm and other respiratory diseases.F.taipaiensis mainly contains polysaccharides,saponins,nucleosides,alkaloids,etc.Among them,heterosteroidal alkaloids are important chemical components of F.taipaiensis,which play an important role in antitussive,expectorant and anti-cancer.However,there is still a great gap in the chemical composition of F.taipaiensis.Fritillaria bulbs has antitussive,expectorant,analgesic,anticancer,antioxidant,antibacterial,anticholinergic and other medicinal values,and has therapeutic effects on hypertension,diabetes,Parkinson’s disease and cancer.The main active components in the bulbs are isosteroidal alkaloids,from which it is important to find candidate alkaloids with high cholinesterase inhibitory activity and low toxicity to promote the therapeutic process of Ad.Therefore,we isolated and studied the alkaloid components of F.taipaiensis in order to find isosteroidal alkaloids with high activity cholinesterase inhibition.In this paper,the chemical constituents in the bulb of F.taipaiensis were isolated and identified,and 20 compounds were obtained,namely,taibeinine A(1),taibeinine B(2),taibeinine C(3),taibeinine D(4),peimisine(5),isoverticine(6),ebeiedine(7),Tortifolisine(8),taipaienine(9),cycloartenol(10),Adenine(11),Adenosine(12),2’-O-methyl Adenosine(13),trans-cinnamic acid(14),3,4-dimethoxycinnamic acid(15),1-O-feruloylglycerol(16),p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid(17),linoleic acid(18),β-sitosterol(19),sucrose(20).Among them,taibeinine A,taibeinine B,taibeinine C,and taibeinine D were new compounds,of which taibeinine A is the first cevanine type alkaloid with a methoxyamide structure found in Fritillaria spp,taibeinine B was the first cevanine-type alkaloid with a 17-hydroxyl group in the genus Fritillaria,and taibeinine D would be the fourth example of cevanine-type alkaloid having the 13α-H orientation,but it is unique in containing the D/E trans(H-13α/H17β)and E/F cis(β-axial lone pair of the N atom/H22β)ring fusions..Compounds 7,8,9,10,13,14,15,16,17 and 18 were isolated from F.taipaiensis for the first time.In this experiment,the cholinesterase inhibitory activity of the obtained compounds was studied,and it was found that compounds 1,6,8 and 14 had good acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity,and compounds 2,4,7,and 9 had good butyrylcholinesterase inhibitory activity.
