Objective: The mixed ground-glass nodule model was used to explore the effects of various CT scanning parameters on the reproducibility of the radiomics features(shape features, intensity features, texture features and Gaussian Laplacian features)and the conventional scanning parameters by using the mixed ground-glass nodule model, which provided a theoretical basis for the large-scale popularization and application of radiomics in clinical practice. Methods: By trying different proportions of mixed flour and water solutions into the sponge to form mixed ground-glass nodules, all images were passed into 3D-slicer,and two senior doctors manually sketched the nodules layer by layer and extracted the firstorder parameters(histogram parameters)of the mixed ground-glass nodules, using spss22 for statistical analysis, and using Spearman rank correlation to analyze the correlation between flour-water ratio and the skewness, kurtosis, average CT value and solid part diameter of simulated mixed ground-glass nodules,|r |≥0.8 is a high correlation;0.8>|r|≥0.5 is moderately correlated;0.5>|r|≥0.3 is a low correlation. If the unary linear regression equation of flour-water ratio and each parameter is obtained in correlation,P<0.05 is statistically significant.Using the univariate linear regression equation of flour-water ratio and average CT value,10 mixed ground-glass nodules with a certain average CT value were prepared and the solid part was obvious, and the conventional scanning parameter 120 kv 110ma was used as the reference scanning condition, the tube current(120kv 80ma)and tube voltage(80kv 110ma)were changed respectively and rescanned twice, and the nodules were extracted by two senior doctors layer by layer, and the shape, strength, and strength were extracted by 3DSlicer software A total of 293 radiomics features were textured and Gaussian Laplace, and the reproducibility of radiomics features under different tube voltages and currents was evaluated by using the concordance correlation coefficient(CCC).Results:1.1 Simulation of the results of mixed ground-glass nodules and the relationship between the diameter of the solid part and the ratio of flour to water It was found that when the flour-water ratio was above(0.9g:10g),the solid part was obvious, and there was a high correlation between the average solid part diameter and the flour-water ratio(r=0.9,P<0.001),and the regression equation y=9.67x+5.092 R2 was 0.73(P<0.001),x was the flour-water ratio, and y was the solid part nodule diameter.1.2 The relationship between skewness and flour-water ratio There is a high negative correlation between the mean skewness and the flour-water ratio(r=-1,P<0.001),the regression equation is y=-3.317x+0.581,R2 is 0.97(P<0.001),x is the flour-water ratio, and y is the skewness value.1.3 Relationship between average CT value and flour-water ratio There was a high positive correlation between the mean CT value and the flour-water ratio(r=1,P<0.001),the regression equation was y=366.837x-177.571,R2 was0.99(P<0.001),x was the flour-water ratio, and y was the average CT value.1.4 The relationship between kurtosis and flour-water ratio There was a moderate correlation between mean kurtosis and flour-water ratio(r=-0.601,P<0.05),the regression equation was y=-2.109x+2.692,and R2 was0.40(P<0.05).x is the flour-to-water ratio and y is the average CT value.2.1 Reproducibility of radiomics features of mixed ground-glass nodules at low tube voltage and low tube current In the low-tube voltage group and low-tube current group,62.8%(184)and 89.4%(262)of the 293 features are reproducible(CCC≥0.85),respectively.The CCC values of shape, intensity and texture features in the low-tube current group are higher than those in the low-tube voltage group, which has higher reproducibility.2.2 Reproducibility of radiomics features when changing the Gaussian kernel In the low-tube voltage group, the average CCC value of Lo G3.0 features(intensity and texture features after Gaussian kernel 3.0 processing)increased from 0.70±0.27 to0.91±0.13,and 80.6%(75/93)of image features were reproducible. In the low-tube current group, the average CCC value of Lo G3.0 features increased from 0.87±0.14 to0.96±0.12,and 95.7%(89/93)of the image features were reproducible. Conclusion: When using low-dose scanning parameters, the image features of mixed ground-glass nodules will change, and most of the image features can be reproduced when the tube current is low,but the reproduction of the image features with low tube voltage has a greater impact, and the low-tube current should be given priority when scanning at low doses.Figure [10] Table [9] Reference [45]...
