Objective: The purpose of this study is to measure the consolid/tumor ratio(C / T),mean computed tomography value(m-CT),tumor maximum diameter, solid component maximum diameter, and other measurements and analysis of mixed ground glass nodules(mGGN),and then evaluate the value of various factors in predicting the degree of malignancy of lung malignancy. Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed 125 patients with mGGN who underwent pneumonectomy from August 2017 to February 2019 in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Shengjing Hospital,China Medical University. There were 3 cases of atypical adenomatous pyperplasia(AAH),16 cases of adenocarcinoma in situ(AIS),55 cases of minimally invasive adenocarcinoma(MIA),51 cases of invasive adenocarcinoma(IA).AAH,AIS,and MIA were divided into pre-invasive cancer(p-IC)group,a total of 74 cases, and invasive adenocarcinoma were classified as invasive cancer(IC)group,a total of 51 cases.Analysis of each experimental data by single factor and multifactor, through the preparation of the receiver’s working curve, the tumor size, solid component size,C /T ratio, maximum CT value,m-CT value, cutoff value and area under the curve were obtained, finally obtained the Results of the experiment. Results: A total of 125 subjects were included in this study, including 41 males and 84 females, with an average age of(59.3 ± 8.95)years.After analysis by SPSS statistical software,it was concluded that the tumor size, solid component size,C / T ratio,m-CT value and mGGN malignant degree had some correlation. Conclusion: For mGGN lesions, tumor size, solid component size,C / T ratio,m-CT value and mGGN malignancy are related to some extent.Among them, the size of solid components,C / T ratio, and m-CT predict the malignant degree of mGGN lesions more than other factors.
