Research On The Design Of Pre-hospital Emergency Service System From The Perspective Of Social Innovation

As an emergent public medical event,pre-hospital first aid needs the participation of the public,which makes it naturally endowed with the attribute of social innovation.The overall medical level of our country is still in the developing stage,there are problems of mismatch of resources,in the field of pre-hospital emergency care is from resources distribution to training system,management methods,policy support behind Europe and other developed countries.Under such conditions,the service design concept of social innovation also brings a brand new perspective and approach to treat and solve the problem of resource allocation and system innovation under the condition of limited resources for domestic relevant public medical system.In terms of research purpose,this paper mainly explores the application value and guiding significance of the social innovation perspective in the service design in the field of pre-hospital emergency care,proposes a design strategy framework and tool improvement scheme with social innovation attributes for the design of pre-hospital emergency care service system,and provides a complete replicable design example for emergency care.In terms of research methods,by expounding and analyzing typical design cases of first aid product service system with certain social innovation color at home and abroad,the key elements of pre-hospital emergency service aiming at social innovation are summarized.At the same time,through literature research,service design methods with optimization significance for elements are screened out.When analyzing specific pre-hospital problems,Incorporate it into the specific content insight of the factor.After the analysis of the factors,the information obtained is classified,integrated,and the design opportunity diverges,and then the process framework and key tools for each stage of pre-hospital emergency care design are proposed.Finally,the pre-hospital emergency care strategy based on the social innovation perspective is proposed,and the design practice is carried out according to the strategy.The "Aiyi pre-hospital emergency medical service Solution" based on the Wuxi Aifuture public medical platform is proposed.Design examples of strategies are provided from the aspects of brand image design,scenario-based adaptation scheme design of emergency medical products and system cooperation mode design.According to the research conclusion,the individualized problem deconstruction of multiscene elements summarized by case analysis,the establishment of a multi-dimensional system guided by agents,information simplification and process integration determine whether the first-aid product system has a good fit degree of scene needs,complete system operation support and smooth process efficiency guarantee.Three specific optimization methods of pre-hospital emergency service design were proposed,namely,contextualized problem research and opportunity insight method,ESIA principle based process problem classification method and multi-agent agent-based multi-dimensional system design strategy,which provided reference cases and methodological framework for future research in the field of pre-hospital emergency service design based on social innovation.
