Crisis management is a form of issues management in which crisis managers attempt to control the terms used to describe corporate actions. In this sense, a crisis can be seen as an opportunity to demonstrate the organization's commitment to responsible behavior and to outline the steps being taken to eliminate the problem. Crisis is by nature an ambiguous and complex environment, demanding endless initiative, inventiveness, communication, co-ordination and learning. Emergency planning, evaluating and training exercises are fundamental for the improvement of crisis management. The organization's decision-making process is evident in its communication response strategies. Crisis management capability is an important part of the organizational core competences. After having joined WTO, while in the course of economic marketing in China, the modern hospital is faced with opportunity as well as challenge. The paper, on the basis of the current situation of Chinese modern hospital, is devoted to study how to make reduction, readiness, response, recovery and to preliminarily designing the crisis management system in order to be conducive to decision makers for predicting and coping with the crisis in development..
