| With the development of information technology,the demand for electronic components and semiconductor components increases,heavy work is gradually replaced by light physical load work with a single work content.The assembly workshop personnel sit quietly and move less.Although the physical load of this monotonous work is very small,the monotonous work will cause the monotonous work of employees when they perform a single repetitive task in the same environment for a long time.Drowsiness,fatigue,reduced efficiency and other symptoms,it is easy to make personnel physical and mental fatigue and vigilance decreased,resulting in the production line efficiency decline and even lead to safety accidents.At present,the research on improving alertness mainly focuses on the improvement of operating environment such as temperature and humidity.However,electronic component workshops have specific requirements on temperature and humidity,and people’s body comfort is different,leading to a large gap between the effect and the expectation.In this thesis,the effects of binaural audio stimulation on the alertness of workers in electronic equipment assembly workshop were studied.In this thesis,the monotonous and light manual load operation mode of electronic component assembly workshop was simulated,and 72 experimental conditions were designed by crossing the fundamental frequency(450Hz,500 Hz,550Hz),difference frequency(10Hz,15 Hz,20Hz,25 Hz,30Hz,35Hz)and energy level(10d B,15 d B,20 d B).According to the definition and evaluation method of alertness,the six indexes of sleepiness,heart rate,short-term memory,visual sensitivity,alertness and attention allocation ability of 18 subjects were measured and analyzed by using the MFI-20 subjective variable,the heart rate meter,the digital span meter,the flash fusion frequency meter,the deactivation test and the attention allocation meter.The change rule of the index under different binaural audio parameters was explored,and a multiindex comprehensive evaluation model was constructed to select the best binaural audio stimulus scheme.The results are as follows:A comprehensive evaluation model of six evaluation indexes,including MFI-20 score,heart rate,digital breadth,CFF,alertness index and attention distribution index,was constructed.The maximum comprehensive score of alertness was 1.3089,and the optimal binaural audio stimulus parameters were base frequency 500 Hz,difference frequency 20 Hz and energy level 20 d B.There are 51 figures,29 tables and 96 references in this thesis. |
