| Workplace bullying is a common social problem faced by all industries.It refers to the repeated and persistent intentionally hurtful words or behaviors from others perceived by employees in the workplace.The authoritative hierarchical structure of medical institutions is clear,and the management atmosphere of paying attention to doctors and ignoring nurses leads to a high-rate incidence of bullying.Studies have shown that workplace bullying can have a range of negative effects on an individual’s physical and mental health.Further,do bullied individuals choose to work when they are in poor health? Whether the negative effects of bullying spillover into the family field remains to be investigated.Based on the theory of Resource Conservation and Spillover,this study will discuss the relationship between workplace bullying,presenteeism and Family function.Adding job insecurity and resilience as mediation and moderation variables,so as to further explore the relationship mechanism between them.In order to provide theoretical support and practical basis for nursing managers to intervene in workplace bullying.This study adopts questionnaire and convenience sampling method,select 400 nurses from Grade A hospital in Henan province as subjects and collecting data.Exploring the relationship among workplace bullying,nurses’ presenteeism,family function,job insecurity,and resilience.Using Excel,SPSS and other software to data processing and analysis.What the main statistical methods we will use are Correlation analysis,Hierarchical regression analysis and mediation analysis,etc.The findings show that:(1)There were significant differences in age(F = 3.080,p < 0.05),education level(t =-2.19,p < 0.05)and professional title(F = 4.54,p < 0.05).(2)Workplace bullying was positively correlated with presenteeism(r = 0.30,p < 0.01)and job insecurity(r = 0.29,p < 0.01),and negatively correlated with family function(r =-0.26,p < 0.01).There was a significant positive correlation between job insecurity and presenteeism(r = 0.25,p < 0.01),and a significant negative correlation between job insecurity and family function(r =-0.28,p < 0.01).(3)Job insecurity played a mediating role between workplace bullying and presenteeism,with a mediating effect of 15.38%.Job insecurity partially mediated the relationship between workplace bullying and family functioning,with a mediating effect of 25.28%.(4)Resilience positively moderated the relationship between workplace bullying and family function(β= 0.065,p < 0.01).The higher the level of resilience was,the weaker the negative relationship between workplace bullying and family function was.Although this study examines the bullying influence nurses presenteeism,the mechanism of action of family function,which will prevent bullying.However,there are certain shortcomings in the research,future research can consider using longitudinal design,multi-domain measurement,and a combination of self-assessment and other assessment methods to better understand the workplace bulling.The impact of bullying,improving the generalizability of research findings,and reducing error in research results. |
