Objectives: Through the construction and implementation of an information pilot system,the drugs and pharmaceutical matters involved in Dali City’s compact medical community have been managed online.In the process of participating in the construction of the informatization platform,the information indicators covered were studied to determine the actual use,and the use effect of the system platform,the comparison of pharmaceutical management data,and the using satisfaction were analyzed.The existing problems of information system and pharmaceutical management were summarized,and feasible suggestions were put forward to provide new ideas and new direction for the information construction of pharmaceutical management in Dali City’s future compact medical community.Methods: 1.Field investigation method,expert interview method and quality tool method were used to analyze the existing problems of traditional drug management and the problems to be solved by the construction platform,so as to provide ideas for the information framework of the medical community;2.Brainstorming was used to determine module and functional requirements,and programming language was used to realize platform construction;3.Statistical analysis,comparison and questionnaire survey methods were used to study pharmaceutical quality improvement index,comparison of drug management situation and satisfaction analysis of platform use during pharmaceutical management information platform construction.Results: Through the information construction during the construction of the medical community,the intelligent management platform and data monitoring system of primary medical and health care were built to meet the needs of diagnosis and treatment,pharmaceutical quality control and drug management of primary medical institutions.The traditional manual purchase,sale and stock management was transformed into online storage,accounting and data statistics.Develop mobile terminal for receiving and returning goods,obviously simplify the process and facilitate the operation of medical staff.All of these realized the integration of multiple platforms of drug purchase,medical insurance reimbursement,two-ticket inspection,drug purchase,sale and stock management and prescription issuance and use.Through the participation of information management,scientific and accurate statistics,the comparison of health centers,from 2019 to 2022,the proportion of antibiotics decreased from 48.67% to17.22%,glucocorticoid from 8.11% to 4.52%,traditional Chinese medicine injection from 19.78% to 7.33%,and the proportion of essential medicine procurement increased from 23.67 to 58.85% after using the platform.Comparing the second half of 2021 with2022 after using the platform,the mean proportion of antibiotics decreased from38.08% to 36.32%,glucocorticoid from 2.853% to 2.851%,traditional Chinese medicine injection from 7.85% to 8.10%,and regular procurement of essential medicines from 47.81% to 55.33%.Compared with the second half of 2022 after using the platform,the mean error rate of drug delivery decreased from 0.347% to 0.003%,and the mean conformity rate of account and material increased from 86.32% to 94.43%.The survey and analysis showed that the overall satisfaction of “Yunnan Centralized Drug Purchasing System” in health centers was 3.90±0.622,and that of “grassroots medical and health intelligent management platform” in health rooms was 4.17±0.604.The overall satisfaction of the newly built system platform in health centers and clinics was between general and relatively satisfactory.Conclusions: Through the construction practice and effect analysis of the information management of drugs in the medical community,the traditional drug management mode and working mode of primary medical institutions have been changed.The online pharmaceutical management and drug supply guarantee system has improved the work efficiency of primary medical staff,reduced the work burden and reduced drug errors.Through the “Internet + Drug distribution”public service platform,the medical insurance settlement platform and the data of the primary medical management system,the full closed-loop supervision and overall linkage of the primary business process are realized.The integrated management and traceability requirements of drug procurement,supply,acceptance,storage,use,settlement and other aspects of the medical community have been achieved,providing a complete information support for the development of county medical community,and building a drug management platform for the goal of “strengthening the primary level,ensuring the primary level,and building a mechanism”of the medical reform.
