Reconstruction Of Doctor-Patient Trust Mechanism In Post-Epidemic Period

Doctor-patient mutual trust is an important part of social trust,and it is also the basis for establishing doctor-patient relationship.Throughout the doctor-patient relationship,there is a certain correlation between the degree of doctor-patient mutual trust and the frequency of doctor-patient conflicts or medical disputes.With the rapid development of my country’s social economy,people’s living standards continue to improve,and there are higher requirements for the quality of medical and health services.However,due to the long-term shortcomings in the operation of my country’s medical and health system,the existing medical service level cannot meet the needs of the people.There is a lack of trust,respect and effective communication between doctors and patients,and the contradiction between doctors and patients has become increasingly acute,which has caused a large number of medical disputes.However,the sudden attack of the new crown epidemic in 2020 has become an important turning point in the relationship between doctors and patients in my country.In order to "overcome the epidemic",doctors and patients have formed a highly consistent "community of interests".The consistency of the goals has resulted in a significant decrease in the number of doctor-patient disputes,and the doctor-patient relationship has tended to improve.Although the epidemic has contributed to the improvement of the doctor-patient relationship,how to seize this opportunity and make the doctor-patient relationship of harmony and mutual trust become the norm in the post-epidemic period deserves in-depth thinking and exploration.In order to deeply examine the nature of the doctor-patient relationship,understand the actual situation of the doctor-patient relationship before and after the epidemic,and explore various factors that affect the doctor-patient mutual trust relationship,this study takes H city as an example to conduct a field investigation.Through the investigation,it is found that the main factors affecting the mutual trust between doctors and patients before the epidemic are:lack of social trust,institutional defects and value deviations,information asymmetry and poor communication between doctors and patients.The factors that will help improve the mutual trust between doctors and patients after the epidemic include: fighting the epidemic together to promote doctor-patient empathy,social rational recognition of doctor-patient symbiosis,policy orientation making the public welfare positioning of medical institutions more clear,and basic medical legislation boosting system reform Wait.On this basis,in order to consolidate the situation of improving mutual trust between doctors and patients and maintain the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients for a long time,the paper further proposes a path to reconstruct the long-term mechanism of mutual trust between doctors and patients from four aspects,including: strengthening the construction of social trust system,Strengthen the public welfare attributes of basic medical care,standardize the medical dispute resolution mechanism,and develop digital medical care.Through the efforts of the above four aspects,it is hoped that the reconstruction of the doctor-patient mutual trust relationship will be finally achieved,the factors that cause doctor-patient conflicts and medical disputes will be reduced from the source,and the doctor-patient harmony and mutual trust will become the social norm.
