Objective: The aim of this research is to initially assess the clinical effectiveness and security of the comprehensive Chinese medicine regimen for treating collarback myofasciitis, based on the jiejiechubi theory, through randomized controlled clinical trials. This will provide a reliable primary evidence-based basis and encourage the utilization of the comprehensive Chinese medicine regimen in clinical settings. Methods: Randomly dividing 72 patients with dorsal myofasciitis into two groups-the experimental and control-36 cases were treated in each. The experimental group received massage combined with an ultramicro needle knife, while the control group received Mc Kenzie plus fascia knife. After a month of follow-up observation, two courses of treatment were administered for a total of 2 courses.Observation indexes were Neck Disabilitv Index(NDI),which simplified Mcgill pain scale and cervical Range of Motion Scale(CROM).The Nimodipine score was used to measure the clinical efficacy of the two groups, and the difference between them was then compared. Before and after intervention, each group was evaluated once, and the therapeutic effect of the two was then assessed.Results:1.After treatment, the cervical spine Dysfunction Index scale(NDI)index of patients in both groups showed a significantly decreased trend compared with before treatment, with significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05);The experimntal group was compared with the cotrol group(P<0.05),had significant difference.2.After treatment, the simplified Mcgill pain scale and cervical spine Range of Motion scale(CROM)were significantly increased in both groups, with significant differences compared with before treatment(P<0.05);The experimental group was compared with the control group(P<0.05),had significant difference.3.Comparison of the total effective rate between the two groups: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was85.29%.The curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group. After treatment, there were statisically significant differences in scores between the two groups(p<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion:Both massage manipulation combined with ultramicro acupotomy and Mc Kenzie fascia knife therapy can achieve good efficacy in the treatment of collarback myofasciitis, but this study proved that massage manipulation combined with ultramicro acupotomy was significantly superior to Mc Kenzie fascia knife therapy in terms of pain and functional improvement, and could effectively improve patients’ symptoms. To provide primary clinical evidence-based evidence for the effectiveness of TCM integrated program in the treatment of collarback myofascitis, and promote the popularization and application of TCM integrated program.
