Study On Mechanism Of Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Cervical Type With Lei Huo Moxibustion At Dazhui Point Combined With Acupuncture

Objective: In this study,the patients with cervical spondylosis were treated with lei huo moxibustion at Dazhui and acupuncture,and the results were compared with those of routine acupuncture,objective evaluation of the clinical safety and effectiveness of the two methods,to explore the clinical effect after treatment,and to provide a more effective treatment for patients to reduce pain,improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:Patients with cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with lightning-fire moxibustion at Dazhui Point combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.The random numbers were generated by SPSS22.0 software.The minimum sample size was 60 cases and the total sample size was 72 cases.The sample size was expanded by 20% to avoid the influence of case shedding.In order to optimize the treatment of cervical spondylosis,treatment data comparison,the experimental data parameters of statistical correlation analysis.Results: After treatment,the NDI and NPQ scores of both groups were improved(p﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(p﹤0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate was 78.88%(1 case,13 cases,11 cases and 8 cases)in the control group,and was 78.88%(4 cases,17 cases and 10 cases)in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 91.18%.There was significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups(p ﹤ 0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The treatment of cervical spondylosis with Lei Huo moxibustion at Dazhui Point combined with acupuncture and traditional simple routine acupuncture can both improve the cervical function and daily life needs of the patients,and improve the quality of life.Compared with the two schemes,the therapeutic effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on Dazhui Point combined with acupuncture is more outstanding,and it is worth popularizing in clinic.
