Clinical Observation Of Xuanfei Libi Granule In The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children (Feijing Fure Syndrome)

Objective: This topic takes children with allergic rhinitis(lung meridian latent heat syndrome)as the research object,and observes the clinical efficacy and safety of "Xuanfei Libi Granules".In this paper,by comparing the clinical efficacy of Xuanfei Libi Granules and Xiangju Capsules in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis(lung meridian latent heat syndrome),we study the effect of Xuanfei Libi Granules on children with allergic rhinitis,and summarize the treatment concept and clinical experience of the tutor in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,so as to meet the needs of effective prescriptions for the clinical treatment of children with allergic rhinitis(lung meridian latent heat syndrome),and explore a safer and more effective diagnosis and treatment method.Methods: Selected 60 cases of pediatric outpatient in accordance with the diagnosis of pediatric allergic rhinitis(lung meridian latent heat syndrome)included in the object of observation.A randomized,controlled clinical trial method,will meet the inclusion criteria of pediatric allergic rhinitis(lung meridian latent heat syndrome)subjects 60 cases,will be divided into two groups of 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The treatment group was given "Xuanfei Libi Granules"(free decoction granules)orally,the control group was given Xiangju capsules orally,observe the treatment for 2 weeks,respectively,before and after treatment of allergic rhinitis main symptoms,secondary symptoms,nasal signs integral,the clinical data were collected,recorded and statistics,and the use of SPSS21.0 data analysis.Observe the clinical efficacy of "Xuanfei Libi Granules".Results: 1,the two groups of children’s age,gender,duration of disease comparison P>0.05,suggesting no significant difference,comparable;before treatment,the total score of the two groups of children compared P>0.05,suggesting that the points of the two groups before treatment are no difference,comparable;before and after treatment,the two groups of children with TCM syndrome efficacy(main symptoms,secondary symptoms,signs)analysis P<0.05,the difference is obvious,suggesting that the treatment of the two groups of drugs are effective;after treatment,the total score of the two groups of children was compared P<0.05,the treatment effect of the two groups of children was significantly different;after treatment,the total efficacy of TCM syndrome was compared,the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group,the total effective rate was 86.66%,P<0.05,suggesting that in improving the efficacy of children,the treatment group was better than the control group.2.After the clinical trial,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups of children,indicating that the clinical application of the two drugs in the treatment of allergic rhinitis in children is safer.Conclusion: Xuanfei Libi granule in the treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis(lung meridian latent heat syndrome)curative effect is obvious,worthy of clinical application.
