Study On Drug Use Rules Of Tumor Hematology Department In The Treatment Of Gastric Cancer Based On Data Mining

Objective: Relying on data mining technology,the data mining mode of gastric cancer cases in the Department of Oncology and Hematology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine in the past ten years was analyzed,summarized and summarized to provide routine clinical experience for the clinical treatment of gastric cancer diseases,and summarize the medication characteristics of gastric cancer,so as to guide clinical practice.Methods: This study collected cases admitted to the Department of Oncology and Hematology of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to June 2022 that met the diagnostic criteria for gastric cancer and were treated with oral Chinese medicine decoction.The name,gender,age,TCM certificate type,prescription drug and other information of the selected cases were preprocessed,entered into the EXCEL table to establish a database,and the Excel software was used to analyze the general information and diagnosis and classification of the selected cases,and the complete data of the cases used were entered into the "TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform" system(V2.50),so as to analyze the medication rules of gastric cancer and summarize the treatment experience from the perspective of retrospective investigation and the mode of data mining.Results: The collected 145 gastric cancer patients,293 complete prescriptions were analyzed,including 111 males and 34 females,aged 33-88 years,with an average of 62.2years;the clinical manifestations of patients were high-frequency symptoms of fatigue,poor feeding,stomach pain,stomach bloating,belching,pantothenic acid,nausea and vomiting,and constipation.The most common tongue image in the consultation is purple and dark tongue,and the top three tongue frequency are: greasy moss,yellow moss,and less moss;The first three occurrence frequencies of pulses are fine veins,string fine veins,and slippery veins.The 293 prescriptions for gastric cancer involved a total of 261 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines,and the total frequency of medication: 4610 times.Among them,licorice,poria,tangerine peel,astragalus,angelica,prince ginseng,white peony,chaihu,baishu,sand kernel,wheat dong,wood fragrance,coix kernel,sour jujube kernel,jujube,raw ground yellow,turtle nail,ginger,ze lax,fried white art are the top 20 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine with the highest frequency of use;The classification of drugs is mainly warm and cold drugs;The five flavors of drugs are mainly classified as sweet,bitter and spicy drugs;The classification of drugs is mainly drugs attributed to spleen meridian,lung meridian and liver meridian;Among the drugs with a frequency of use greater than 30 times,they can be roughly divided into three categories: Fuzheng medicine,anti-evil medicine,and qi medicine,among which Fuzheng medicine replenishes qi medicine,blood tonic medicine,yin tonic medicine,yang tonic medicine,and the frequency of anti-evil medicine is in order to dissolve phlegm and disperse knots,dispel stasis and disperse poison,clear heat and detoxify,and dissipate food and disperse poison.The support level was 60%,the confidence level was set to 0.85,and 49 pieces of data were obtained according to the association rule composition rule,including 15 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,namely: licorice,white peony,angelica,poria,tangerine peel,chaihu,astragalus,baiju,jujube,prince ginseng,coix kernel,sand kernel,sour jujube kernel,and wood fragrance.A total of 26 association laws were obtained from the analysis of drug association laws,and the dosage of high-frequency drugs was obtained.Based on the improved mutual information method,the correlation degree was set to 8and the penalty degree was set to 3,and the cluster analysis was carried out,and the drug pairs with the correlation coefficient between two drugs > 0.030 in 26 prescriptions were obtained,and based on the analysis results of this correlation degree,17 core combinations were finally evolved through data mining,and then 17 complete new prescriptions were obtained by clustering algorithm combined with the dosage analysis of high-frequency drugs.Conclusion: Through the analysis and summary of drugs for gastric cancer,the characteristics of therapeutic drugs were obtained.1.According to this study,the main drugs used in the treatment of gastric cancer are drugs for restoring spleen,lung and liver channels,which can be roughly divided into three categories: fuzheng supplementing deficiency drugs,dispelling pathogenic anti-cancer drugs and qi regulating drugs.Among them,fuzheng tonifying deficiency drugs and dispelling pathogenic agents are used more frequently and the frequency is similar.The use of qi regulating drugs is also very important.2.According to the analysis of the formulation,17 new prescriptions were developed,which could be roughly divided into three categories:(1)dispelling evil;(2)Fuzheng class(3)regulating Qi class;Dispelling evil includes five categories: dispelling dampness phlegm,removing fire and poison,removing blood stasis,digestion and accumulation,and making acid.Fuzheng category includes warming Yang,cultivating soil and supplementing Yin three categories;Regulating qi includes regulating stomach qi and soothing liver qi.3.Summary of experience: There are many pathological factors affecting gastric cancer.Attention should be paid to the following aspects in the treatment: 1.(2)to lower the stomach fu-organs,dredge qi machine;(3)Pay attention to liver Qi Shunda.
