Analysis On Clinical Medication Characteristics Of Chuanhong Apoplexy Capsule For Ischemic Stroke Based On Real World Study

Objective: To investigate the clinical features and regulation of medication of Chuanhong apoplexy capsule in treating patients with ischemic stroke.Methods: The study used retrospective study analysis method.Information of 500 ischemic stroke patients who met the requirements of this study was collected.The 500 ischemic stroke patients are from the encephalopathy treatment area of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to age,gender,admission condition,TCM evidence,combined diseases,and medication information,the data were classified into Excel.The statistical software was SPSS Model.Data analysis methods such as frequency analysis and association rules were used to derive the conclusion.Results:1、Analysis of the age and gender information of the 500 study subjects showed that the proportion of male patients was higher than the proportion of female patients,patients aged61-70 years old this side is used most frequently.2、Analysis of the TCM symptoms of the 500 study subjects showed that the number of patients with wind-phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome was the largest.3、Analysis of the combined diseases of the 500 study subjects showed that the most commonly associated diseases of patients with ischemic stroke who treated with Chuanhong apoplexy capsule were basic diseases.4、Analysis of the medication regularity of the 500 study subjects showed that the most common single drug combination is Chuanhong apoplexy capsule+Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets;the most common single drug combination is Chuanhong apoplexy capsule+lipid-lowering drugs;the most common regimen is Chuanhong apoplexy capsule+ Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets + Aspirin Enteric Dissolve Tablets.Conclusion:1 、 The clinical features with ischemic stroke treated with Chuanhong apoplexy capsule:(1)Elderly male patients were the main population.(2)The number of patients with wind-phlegm and blood stasis obstruction syndrome was the largest.(3)the most commonly associated diseases were basic diseases.2、The medication regularity of patients with ischemic stroke treated with Chuanhong apoplexy capsule:(1)The most commonly used single drugs in combination are lipid-lowering and plaque stabilizing drugs,with atorvastatin calcium tablets as the main drug(2)The most common regimen is Chuanhong apoplexy capsule+ Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets + Aspirin Enteric Dissolve Tablets.
