| Objective: With the continuous advancement of the reform of the medical and health system,the reform of public hospitals has entered the deep water area.In order to seek for their own development,hospitals introduce the concept of fine management,so as to improve the efficiency of hospital management.This paper studies the application of fine management in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in C City,hoping to provide useful reference for the development,reform and management of similar hospitals.Method: Based on Cite Space5.7.R2,this paper analyzes the hot spots of fine management in domestic and foreign public hospitals to find out the differences in fine management in domestic and foreign hospitals.Combined with the fine management theory,a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in C City is taken as the investigation object to carry out a case study and evaluate the level of fine management in this hospital through field investigation.Put forward the thinking of deepening the fine management of our public hospitals.Results: It is found that there are obvious differences in the fine management of hospitals at home and abroad.A hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in C City has established an economic operation management system,a comprehensive quality control system,a Party committee management system and a discipline inspection supervision system by implementing the "seven modernization" management mode and the "traditional and modern rehabilitation +Internet + rehabilitation management platform medical joint construction mode" internally and externally.Gradually formed the "2+2+2" operation management mode,combined with the detailed performance assessment indicators,the fine,accurate,fine and strict management into specific work,promoted the improvement and development of social benefits,economic benefits and talent construction,and realized the "three changes","three improvements" and "four" strategy of the hospital.Conclusion: Chinese public hospitals are facing both opportunities and challenges in the key stage of management transformation.Through empirical research,this paper finds that a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in C City has implemented refined management measures in system construction,financial budget,quality control,talent training,performance appraisal and other aspects in response to the new medical reform.This paper finds out the weak problems of public hospital fine management in the construction of public welfare,information,innovation and other aspects,and puts forward several countermeasures in the improvement of public hospital fine management: give full play to their own advantages,pay attention to the top-level design,improve the construction capacity of smart hospital,promote the integrated development of industry and finance,introduce specialist management assistant,and separate the hospital operation department from the business department.It is expected to provide some ideas and innovative breakthrough points to adapt to the development requirements of the new medical reform policy and the new development mode of public hospital management. |
