Study On Mechanism Of Li Dongyuan’s Inheritance And Development Of Zhang Zhongjing’s Academic Thoughts On Spleen And Stomach

Objective: The academic thought of spleen and stomach of Zhang Zhongjing and Li Dongyuan was systematically sorted out,the rules of syndrome differentiation and prescription treatment of spleen and stomach diseases of Zhang Zhongjing and Li Dongyuan were summarized,and the inheritance and development relationship between Li Dongyuan and Zhang Zhongjing’s academic thought of spleen and stomach was clarified,so as to provide theoretical guidance for clinical treatment of spleen and stomach diseasesMethods: By way of literature review,this paper systematically analyzed and sorted out Zhang Zhongjing’s Treatise on Cold Injuries,Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Li Dongyuan’s Treatise on Spleen and Stomach,and on the Differentiation of Confusion from Internal and External Injuries,and summarized the academic thoughts of spleen and stomach in them.Compare and analyze the academic thoughts of Zhang Zhongjing and Li Dongyuan to clarify the inheritance and development relationship between Li Dongyuan and Zhang Zhongjing’s academic thoughts of spleen and stomach.Results: Zhang Zhongjing applied the academic thought of spleen and stomach throughout the diagnosis and treatment of external typhoid fever and internal injuries.On the basis of inheriting Zhang Zhongjing’s academic thought of spleen and stomach,Li Dongyuan further developed the theory of spleen and stomach in combination with the characteristics of diseases at that time,and finally became the first generation of soil supplement master.Conclusion: The inheritance and relationship between Li Dongyuan and Zhang Zhongjing’s academic thoughts on spleen and stomach are mainly reflected in four aspectsLi Dongyuan inherited Zhang Zhongjing’s academic thought of identifying internal injury and external sensation,and developed 12 methods of identifying internal injury and external sensation.Li Dongyuan inherited Zhang Zhongjing’s academic thought of "heavy stomach Qi" and on the basis of "heavy stomach Qi" put forward the academic theory of "internal injury to the spleen and stomach,all diseases arising from" and "Yin fire".Li Dongyuan inherited Zhang Zhongjing’s theory of spleen and stomach lifting,combined with the characteristics of spleen and stomach diseases at that time,put forward the academic theory of raising spleen Yang and lowering Yin fire,and made good use of wind medicine to raise spleen Yang to reduce Yin fire.Li Dongyuan,on the basis of inheriting Zhang Zhongjing’s practice of supplementing spleen with sweetness and warmth,proposed the treatment methods of removing heat with sweetness and warmth,uplifting Yang and invigorating qi,and directly reducing Yin and fire,and founded many famous prescriptions handed down from generation to generation.
