Objective: To explore application of combined eeg bionic ear therapy electrical stimulator therapy for ischemic stroke patients with insomnia after intervention,observe its effect on sleep quality,quality of life of intervention,the efficacy and safety evaluation,in order to improve the quality of sleep after ischemic stroke in patients with insomnia and improve the patient’s quality of life,The conclusion of high quality nursing program provides new ideas for clinical intervention of insomnia patients after ischemic stroke.Methods: In this study,108 patients with insomnia after ischemic stroke who met the inclusion criteria and were hospitalized in the Department of Encephalopathy of a Grade-III hospital in Changchun from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the auricular acupoint pressing group,the EEG bionic electrostimulator group and the combined group with 36 cases each.Auricular acupoint pressure paste group applied auricular acupoint pressure paste therapy on the basis of routine treatment and routine nursing of stroke patients for intervention,EEG bionic electrostimulation instrument group applied electroencephalitic radiation electrostimulation therapy on the basis of routine treatment and routine nursing of stroke patients for intervention.In the combined group,on the basis of routine treatment and routine nursing of stroke patients,auricular acupoint pressure therapy combined with EEG bionic electrical stimulation therapy was used for intervention.The study period was 3 weeks.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to evaluate and analyze the improvement of patients’ sleep status before and after intervention.Results:(1)There was no statistical significance in age,sex,marital status,education level,course of disease and other general information of the three groups before intervention(P >0.05).There was no difference in the baseline comparison of therapeutic indexes of PSQI scale among the three groups(P > 0.05).(2)After intervention: There were no differences in sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction among the three groups(P > 0.05),while there were differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time and total score among the three groups(P < 0.05).Further pair comparison showed that,There were no differences in sleep quality,sleeping time,sleeping time and total score between auricular point pressure paste group and instrument group(P > 0.05),while there were differences in sleep quality,sleeping time,sleeping time and total score between combined group and auricular point pressure paste group(P < 0.05).There were differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time and total score between the combination group and the instrument group(P < 0.05).(3)PSQI was compared between the three groups before and after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Among them,there were statistically significant differences in sleep quality,sleeping time,sleeping time,daytime dysfunction and PSQI score in auricular acupoint pressure paste group before and after intervention(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in sleep efficiency and sleep disorder(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in sleep quality,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,daytime dysfunction and PSQI score before and after intervention in instrument group(P <0.05),but no significant differences in sleep disorders(P > 0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the factors and total score of PSQI scale between the combined group before and after intervention(P < 0.05).Among the six factors of PSQI in the three groups,there were statistical differences before and after intervention except sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction(P < 0.05).There was statistical significance in QLI scale scores of three groups before and after intervention(P < 0.05).(4)After treatment,the three groups of clinical curative effect was significant statistical difference(P = 0.05),in which the combination therapy group,the total effective rate(91%)were significantly higher than those of ear stick group(72.8%)and eeg bionic electrical stimulator group(76.4%),and ear sticking group and eeg bionic electrical stimulator treatment group total effectiveness compared with no significant differences.Conclusion: Comprehensive analysis of the three intervention methods can effectively adjust the sleep status and improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke.Auricular acupoint pressing therapy combined with electroencephalobionic electrical stimulation therapy has the best therapeutic effect on clinical symptoms of patients with ischemic stroke than auricular acupoint pressing therapy alone or electroencephalobionic electrical stimulation therapy alone.The intervention method in this study is feasible,safe,economical,effective and convenient,and highly operable for patients,providing reference for comprehensive care of sleep and life quality of stroke patients in the future. |
