Objective:The clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of DUB was compared with that of western medicine therapy,and the practical efficacy of these two different treatment modalities was thoroughly assessed.It will offer trustworthy theoretical and experimental facts for the promotion of warm acupuncture as a therapy choice for this illness,offering a quicker and more efficient technique for treating this illness clinically.Methods:The treatment group received warm acupuncture to identify the evidence,using the main acupoints of Guan Yuan,Qi Hai,Uterus,Sanyin Jiao,and Broken Red,as well as the supporting acupoints for spleen deficiency of Blood Sea and Foot San Li.72 patients were gathered from outpatient clinics and treatment regions and allocated at random into the treatment group(36 cases)and the control group(36 cases).Once daily,warm acupuncture was utilized.Estradiol Valerate Tablets and Deferiprone Tablets were administered to the control group.At the conclusion of the therapy,all groups were monitored for three menstrual cycles.The amount of time required to shift the menstrual cycle back,how long it will take to stop bleeding,and adjustments to the TCM symptom score.Results:There were 72 enrolled cases in this study,and 7 cases fell off during the trial,including 4 cases in the treatment group and 3 cases in the control group.The final cases completed the experimental study,including 32 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group.After the treatment,the total effective rate of the two groups was93.75% in the treatment group and 75.76% in the control group.The total effective rate of hemostasis was 84.38% in treatment group and 72.72% in control group.The total effective rate was 87.5% in the treatment group and 72.73% in the control group.The comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion are more helpful than estrogen at treating spleen insufficiency type gongblood,and they have a bigger influence on recent hemostasis and the amount of time needed to get the menstrual cycle back to normal.These therapies may be further pushed and put to use in clinical settings,providing another admirable alternative for treating gongblood through conventional Chinese medicine. |
