Purpose:The experiment was conducted for studying the action mechanism of Fuxuekang Granulae to treat Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding(DUB),making a good basies for further purify the effective components of Blumea balsamifera in Baise area in the future.Methods:The affection of Fuxuekang on the uterus of big rats was observed by using uterus isolated from the rat's body;the bleeding and coagulation time of small rats was checked by cutting-tail and glass-slice,capillary methods respectively;PT and RT were used to explore mechanisms of the hemostatic function.The anti-inflammation action of the Granulae was also observed by dimethylbenzene-stimulating,foot swelling induced by carrageenan,the increase of penetrability of abdominal capillaryvessel induced by acetic acid,granuloma induced by cotton implantation.In order to study the granulae on the axis of H-P-O,the concentration of serum P,E2,FSH,LH in immature big rats was abserved.By calculating the uterine,ovarian coefficient, the counting of mature follicle,pathological observation of uterus,ovary,the morphology and structure of uterus and ovary were stdied.To investigate the granulae on the actived substances of uterus,the content of PGE2 in serum and uterus,NO in uterus,ER in uterus were detected.The model of blood deficiency rats were adopt to investigate its effects on blood viscosity,and the model of estrogen were used to study its effects on the coefficient relate to the model.Result:1,Fuxuekang Granulae could shorten the bleeding time,glass-slice and capillary coagulation time,PT,RT of small rats(P<0.05).2,Fuxuekang Granulae could inhibite ears swelling-induced by dimethylbenzene,foot swelling induced by carrageenan,the increase of penetrability of abdominal capillaryvessel induced by acetic acid,granuloma induced by cotton implantation.(P<0.05)3,Fuxuekang Granulae and its serum could significantly strengthen the contractility of uterus in vitro.4,Fuxuekang could markedly increase content of LH,reduce content of P,FSH,E2 in the serum of immature big rats(P<0.05),there is no significant impact on uterine,ovarian coefficient.Under microscopic observation,we found Fuxuekang could markedly increase the number of mature follicle in rats,could promote the maturity of ovary,but there is no obvious effect on the uterus.Fuxuekang reduce Content of NO in the uterus of big rats(P<0.01),there is no significant difference in the content of PGE2 and the number of ER in uterus(P>0.05).5,Fuxuekang could reduce low and high shear blood viscosity of model rats (P<0.05).6,Fuxuekang could reduce uterine coefficient and water coefficient of the the model of estrogen(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuxuekang Granulae can decrease BT,CT,PT and RT of mouse,active the factors of coagulation;resist inflammation,improve the state of hyperemia and edema in favor of endometrium rehabilitation;improve contracting-strength of the uterus,promote the closing process of the ruptured artery in endometrium;modulate sexual hormone,promote the maturation of follicles and ovulation;regulate the active substances of uterus;lower blood viscosity;antagonise the abnormal proliferative changes of uterus cause by excessive estrogen.To sum up,Fuxuekang Granulae has multiple-levels, multiple- channels,multiple-targets hemostatic and regulating function to treat dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
