Professor Wang Lie’s Academic Thought And Medication Experience In The Treatment Of Chronic Cough In Children

Objective: By using data analysis software,the collected cases of Professor Wang Lie’s treatment of chronic cough in children(empirical)were summarized,and the clinical thinking and medication rules of Professor Wang Lie’s diagnosis and treatment of this disease were summarized and learned.Methods: Collect the complete case information of the children who received medical treatment in the outpatient department of Professor Wang Lie in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine(Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)from December 2021 to December 2022,input the cases meeting the inclusion criteria into the data statistical analysis software,standardize the data,and include them into the established database.The property,flavor and meridian tropism of the traditional Chinese medicine used in the cases were analyzed and the drugs with high frequency were counted.The data analysis software was used to cluster analysis and relevant rule analysis of the drugs with high frequency,and finally the conclusion was drawn and summarized.Results: Through statistical analysis,a total of 85 Chinese herbs were used for 4359 times,and 22 of them were used more than 80 times,accounting for 63.32% of the total.The properties of the drugs used were mostly cold,warm and flat.The taste of the drugs was mostly bitter,spicy and sweet.Most of the drugs belong to the three meridians of lung,spleen and stomach.Four groups of high frequency drugs were obtained by cluster analysis,and 8 groups of second-order association and 28 groups of third-order association were obtained by association rule analysis.Conclusion: Through the data analysis of Professor Wang Lie’s prescription for the treatment of children with chronic cough(empirical study),it can be seen that Professor Wang Lie believes that the disease is mainly located in the lung,and is closely related to the spleen and stomach.The pathological factor is the intermingling of wind,heat,phlegm and blood stasis.In the early stage of treatment,the main treatment principles should be dispelling wind and clearing heat,resolving phlegm and relieving cough,xuanfei and removing blood stasis.In the later stage,the focus should be on the regulation of lung,spleen,stomach and kidney and other viscera,so as to protect the child’s own positive qi and strengthen the pathogenic factors.The characteristics of medication were cold and warm combination.
