means of questionnaires, and find out the relevant factors of cervical spondylosis in Changchun by statistical methods,so as to provide basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prevention of Changchun physicians. Methods:A total of 848 patients, including 623 patients with cervical spondylosis, came to the orthopedic clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine through the orthopedic clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the out-patient of the massage department, the orthopedic clinic of the Changchun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the orthopedic clinic of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. To analyze the pathogenesis of cervical spondylosis and summarize the factors related to cervical spondylosis. Results:This epidemiological survey of cervical spondylosis shows that 564 women out of 848 outpatients participating in the epidemiological survey of cervical spondylosis, including 428 patients with cervical spondylosis, have a prevalence rate of 75.89%,regardless of whether they have cervical spondylosis or not.The proportion of female patients is much higher than that of male patients(284).However,in the distribution of age groups,it was found that the number of male patients with cervical spondylosis in the youth group was more than that of female patients with cervical spondylosis. With the growth of age,the number of female patients with cervical spondylosis in the middle-aged and elderly group was more than that of male patients with cervical spondylosis.Compared with the prevalence rate of cervical spondylosis, the difference was significant(p<0.05).Compared with the prevalence of cervical spondylosis, the frequency of occupational neck use was significantly different between the two groups(p<0.05).It shows that the occupation of intensive neck use will increase the incidence rate of cervical spondylosis. There was a significant difference between the monthly income of patients and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It shows that the level of income is statistically significant with the prevalence of cervical spondylosis. There was a significant difference between the educational level and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It shows that education level affects the incidence rate of cervical spondylosis. There was significant difference in work intensity between patients with cervical spondylosis and those without cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It is suggested that the risk of cervical spondylosis can be effectively reduced by reducing the time of lowering the head and using the neck. There was a significant difference between the prevalence of cervical spondylosis and the frequent use of electronic equipment(p<0.05).It shows that the long-term use of electronic products will increase the incidence rate of cervical spondylosis. There was significant difference between the prevalence of cervical spondylosis and drinking alcohol(p<0.05).It shows that people with drinking history are more likely to suffer from cervical spondylosis. There was a significant difference between regular exercise and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It shows that regular exercise can effectively reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis. There was a significant difference between the prevalence of cervical spondylosis and whether working in a cold and air-conditioned environment for a long time(p<0.05).It indicates that cervical spondylosis is more likely to occur when the cervical vertebra is in a low temperature environment for a long time. There was a significant difference between the height of pillow and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It indicates that too high or too low pillow will be more likely to suffer from cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between smoking and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p>0.05),indicating that smoking had nothing to do with the incidence rate of cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between the ventilation of working environment and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p>0.05).It indicates that whether the working environment is ventilated has no effect on cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between the soft and hard of sleeping pillow and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p>0.05).Sleeping pillow too soft or too hard has nothing to do with cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between the prevalence of cervical spondylosis and the humidity of living environment(p>0.05).It indicates that whether the living environment is damp has no effect on cervical spondylosis. Conclusion:The epidemiological survey of cervical spondylosis showed that, regardless of whether or not suffering from cervical spondylosis, there were 337 women among the 848 outpatients who participated in the epidemiological survey of cervical spondylosis, including 133 patients with cervical spondylosis, with a prevalence rate of 15.68%.The proportion of female patients is higher than that of male patients(84).However,in the distribution of age groups,it was found that male patients with cervical spondylosis were more than female patients with cervical spondylosis in the young age group. With the increase of age, female patients with cervical spondylosis in the middle and old age group were more than male patients with cervical spondylosis. The difference between male and female patients and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis was significant(p<0.05).Compared with the prevalence of cervical spondylosis, the occupational frequency of cervical spondylosis was significantly different between the two groups(p<0.05).It shows that the occupation of high intensity cervical use will increase the incidence of cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between the monthly income of patients and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p>0.05).It shows that the level of income and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis are not statistically significant.Compared with the prevalence of cervical spondylosis, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).It shows that education level has no effect on the incidence of cervical spondylosis. There was a significant difference between the need to lower the head in working posture and the incidence of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It is suggested that the risk of cervical spondylosis can be effectively reduced by reducing the time of sitting on the table and using the neck with head down. There was a significant difference between the frequent use of electronic equipment and cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It shows that the long-term use of electronic products will increase the incidence rate of cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between smoking and drinking and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It shows that people who have a history of smoking and drinking have nothing to do with the incidence of cervical spondylosis. The difference between regular exercise and the incidence of cervical spondylosis was significant(p<0.05).It shows that regular exercise can reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis.Compared with the prevalence of cervical spondylosis, there was a significant difference(p<0.05).There is no significant difference between whether the working environment is ventilated and whether the working environment is in a low-temperature air-conditioning environment for a long time and the prevalence of cervical spondylosis(p>0.05),indicating that whether the working environment is ventilated and whether the working environment is in a low-temperature environment for a long time has no effect on the incidence of cervical spondylosis. The height of pillow was significantly different from that of cervical spondylosis(p<0.05).It shows that too high or too low sleeping pillow is more likely to suffer from cervical spondylosis.Compared with the incidence of cervical spondylosis, the difference between the soft and hard sleeping pillows was not significant(p>0.05),indicating that there was no relationship between the soft or hard sleeping pillows and the incidence of cervical spondylosis. There was no significant difference between the damp living environment and the incidence of cervical spondylosis(p>0.05).It shows that whether the living environment is humid has no effect on the incidence of cervical spondylosis. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Changchun City, Pathogenic factors, cervical spondylopathy, epidemiological investigati | PDF
