Clinical Observation And Valuation For Different Points In Treating Cervical Spondylopathy.

Acupuncture treatment is important for treating cervical spondylopathy. The purpose of this study is to observe the effectiveness of different points in treating cervical spondylopathy. According to the theory of Chinese medical science and clinical manifestation, we think pathogenesis of Cervical spondylopathy is qi-stagnancy and blood stasis, yet deficiency of liver and kidney is fundamental. So deoppilation of meridian is our treating principle. When we treat cervical spondylopathy, we select different points, which are divided into three groups, near points, far points, near and far points. By contradistinction of patients' symptom, physical sign and the VAS pain score, the conclusion of this study shows that three different groups all have ideal effect. The three different groups can achieve goals of treatment by adjusting QI and blood.
