| Objective: By applying Huanglian Wendan Decoction combined with western medicine to treat patients with ventricular premature beats(phlegm-fire disturbing heart type),observe the TCM symptoms,dynamic electrocardiogram and various safety indicators before and after treatment,and confirm the effectiveness and safety of this prescription for phlegm-fire disturbing heart type ventricular premature beats,so as to provide better treatment for patients.Methods: This topic takes the prospective as the research method,collected in December 2021 to December 2022 during the first clinical hospital of jilin academy of traditional Chinese medicine heart disease clinic and treatment area of ventricular premature beats belong to phlegm fire disturbing heart patients as the observation object,strictly follow the inclusion criteria,a total of 72 cases.Using the method of randomized controlled grouping,72 patients were divided into two groups,36 cases in each group,as the experimental group and the control group.The control group was treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets(specification : 25 mg / tablet),12.5mg / time,twice a day,warm water in the morning and evening.The experimental group was given Huanglian Wendan Decoction on the basis of western medicine in the control group,twice a day,100 ml / time,warm clothes after breakfast and dinner.The treatment time of both groups was 4 weeks.During the course of medication,the drug dosage was reasonably adjusted by observing the changes of heart rate,blood pressure and symptoms.Both groups of patients were required to fill in the TCM syndrome score scale before and after treatment,complete 24-hour dynamic echocardiography to evaluate the efficacy,and perform vital signs,blood biochemistry(liver,kidney function,etc.)and other examinations to evaluate safety.The required data before and after treatment were collected and sorted out in detail.The statistical tool used SPSS21.0 software,and the data were statistically described and analyzed by t / rank sum test to verify the efficacy and safety of this prescription.Results : After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups showed :1.Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes : the total scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment,and the total scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after treatment,which was statistically significant(P< 0.01).2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndromes : The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.9 %,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.7 %.The curative effect was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.Comparison of individual scores of traditional Chinese medicine : Both groups improved the symptoms.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the experimental group improved the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine.4.Comparison of electrocardiogram efficacy : After treatment,the number of ventricular premature beats in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the comparison between groups(P < 0.01).The total effective rate was 86.1 % in the experimental group and 69.4 % in the control group.The experimental group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).5.During the treatment,there were no abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients,and no adverse reactions were found.Conclusion :1.Huanglian Wendan decoction combined with metoprolol tartrate tablets can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of ventricular premature beat(phlegm-fire disturbing heart type),which is better than metoprolol tartrate tablets alone.2.Huanglian Wendan Decoction can significantly reduce the number of ventricular premature beats and increase the clinical efficacy of ventricular premature beats.3.In the course of treatment,the safety indexes of Huanglian Wendan Decoction were not abnormal,and there were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects. |
