Medical Record Analysis And Clinical Practice Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin Based On Modern Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Through the data mining technology of ancient and modern medical records cloud platform(V2.3.5),this paper analyzes the medical records of famous traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic qi-yin deficiency syndrome,explores and sums up its medication rules,so as to provide reference for the future clinical treatment of diabetic qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,collect and sort out the medical records of famous traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetes with deficiency of both qi and yin syndrome.After standardized processing,the medical record data are entered into the EXCEL template form downloaded from the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform,and the whole process is proofread and entered by two people to ensure the accuracy of the data.The completed form data is imported in batch on the platform,and then added to the analysis pool,through the ancient and modern medical records cloud platform data mining analysis module for statistical analysis,association analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis.And enumerate the outpatient cases of mentors,in-depth summary of the important theoretical significance and practical value of the experience of traditional Chinese medicine passed on by mentors.Results: According to the statistics,there are more male patients than female patients,and most of them are between 40 and 69 years old;the clinical symptoms are thirst,fatigue,frequent urination,excessive food and hunger,weight loss,sore waist and knees,poor sleep,constipation,poor anorexia and dry mouth.The main tongue coating and pulse are thin and white tongue coating,thin and yellow tongue coating,less tongue coating and fine pulse,fine pulse and fine pulse.In modern medical records,traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the treatment of qi-yin deficiency syndrome of diabetes mainly includes qi-tonifying medicine,yin-nourishing medicine,yin-nourishing medicine,heat-clearing and purging powder,etc.;cold,warm,flat,sweet,bitter and pungent taste,lung meridian,kidney meridian and spleen meridian are the nature and meridian of traditional Chinese medicine commonly used in the treatment of diabetic qi-yin deficiency syndrome in modern medical records.Radix Astragali,Yam,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Trichosanthis,Radix Ophiopogonis,Radix scrophulariae,Fructus Schisandrae,Radix Codonopsis,Fructus Corni,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Anemarrhenae,Fructus Lycii,Rhizoma Atractylodis,Poria,Pueraria,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Dendrobium,Coptis chinensis,Cortex moutan and Rhizoma Alismatis are commonly used drugs for the treatment of deficiency of both qi and yin in modern medical records;six core combinations were obtained,and finally a new core prescription was obtained.Conclusions: In modern medical records,the treatment of diabetic qi-yin deficiency syndrome is mainly qi-yin deficiency syndrome,while clearing heat and purging fire,removing blood stasis and purging turbid,paying special attention to the lung,spleen and kidney,so that the specimens are treated together to achieve the greatest therapeutic effect.
