Analysis Of Medical Cases Of Modern Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Insomnia Of Liver Stagnation And Fire Type Based On Data Mining

Objective: This paper analyzes the data information of Insomnia Cases of modern famous doctors through data mining method,and summarizes the clinical experience of various doctors in the diagnosis and treatment of insomnia of liver stagnation and fire type,so as to provide reference and guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: We collected the medical records of modern famous Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia of liver stagnation and fire type,sorted and screened the medical records according to the elimination criteria,and finally got 87 medical records.We standardized the medical records information and entered it into the data mining system.We used a variety of data mining methods to make statistical analysis on the patient’s symptoms,age,gender,meridian tropism,four Qi and five flavors,frequency and other data information Objective to summarize the syndrome characteristics and medication rules of insomnia of liver stagnation and fire type.Results: According to data statistics,female patients are more than male;Most of them are 41-60 years old;Clinical symptoms with insomnia,upset,bitter mouth,irritability,less food,dizziness,dry mouth,chest tightness,fatigue,fatigue,the main tongue coating,pulse for the red tongue,yellow,thin and pulse string,pulse number,pulse fine;The most commonly used drugs were Bupleurum,Gardenia jasminoides,Jujube seed,keel,white peony root,Poria coco,Scutellaria scutellaria,Pinellia pinellia,Oyster,Radix Polygoni;The drug flavor is mainly cold,flat,sweet,bitter;Drug channeling is mainly into liver channel,heart channel and spleen channel.Sixteen core combinations were obtained,and 8new candidates were extracted based on them.Conclusion: Based on the analysis of the medical cases included,the prevalence rate was significantly higher in women than in men,and people between the ages of 41 and 60 were more prone to the disease.Liver Yu changes fire model not sleep disease clinical expression basically has: not sleep,be upset,mouth is bitter,irritable,tongue red moss is yellow,pulse string number,and more companion has the expression that qi jin consumes injury;Clinical treatment of liver stagnation change fire type insomnia disease,drug selection Bupleurum,gardenia,jujube kernel,keel,white peony,tuckahoe,scutellaria,pinellia,oyster,head black vine.Prescription drugs were mainly bitter cold and ganping,most of which were into the liver meridian,followed by heart meridian and spleen meridian.The most frequent composition of drug pair in prescription was Bupleurum,Radix Paeonia lactiflora,Gardenia jasminoides,Jujube Seed,Scutellaria scutellaria,Angelica sinensis,Poria cocos,Dragon bone and Oyster.Through data mining method,16 core combinations and 8 new prescriptions were obtained,which provided reference for drug formulation when concurrent syndrome appeared in clinical practice.
