Objective: In this paper,through data mining technology,a retrospective analysis of Professor Zhang Shoulin’s clinical treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy was conducted,in order to summarize the medication rules and academic thoughts of Professor Zhang Shoulin in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy,so as to provide new ideas for clinical prescription medication.Methods: The clinical data of patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy treated by Professor Zhang Shoulin in the outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to October 2022 were collected and sorted out,photographed and retained,and the patient information was input into the standardized form of Microsoft Office Excel 2017 to form the original database.For data mining and analysis,the database was imported into the legacy and modern cloud medical record platform software(V2.3.5).The data analysis paths including frequency statistical analysis,hierarchical cluster analysis,association analysis and complex network analysis were used to summarize and analyze the medication rules and clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Results:1.Baseline information analysis: A total of 120 medical records were collected as part of this study,with a total of 461 squares,of which 68 were male(56.60%)and 52 female(43.40%)with a ratio of males to females of 1.3:1.The youngest patient was 18 years old,the oldest was 81 years old,and most patients were between 50 and 59 years old.Most of the clinical symptoms were urine foam,nocturia,fatigue,lower limbs edema,lumbago and lumbago.Tongue image is mainly characterized by light tongue quality and white moss,while pulse image is mainly characterized by deep and weak pulse.The majority of syndromes are mixed with deficiency and accumulation,and qi deficiency of the spleen and kidney with damp-heat is common.2.Pharmaceutical analysis: A total of 243 herbs were used in the treatment of this disease,with a total frequency of 7749;The drug properties were predominantly calm followed by hot and cold.Medicine has a sweet,bitter,and sinewy taste.The major ducts are the liver,lung,spleen,and kidney.The drugs used more than 130 times included Astragalus,Radix Rehmanniae,Rhizoma coptidis,Radix pseudostellariae,ligusticum ligusticum,honeysuckle,scutellaria,oyster,motherwort,tangerine peel,Perilla leaf,euryorgon root,keel,ophiopogon japonicus 14 flavors;The commonly used drug combinations were keel-oyster,tetrandrine-Astragalus,bupleurum-scutellaria,safflower-peach kernel and parsnafeng-Astragalus.Conclusion: Through this study,the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Shoulin is summarized as follows:1.Professor Zhang Shoulin believed that IMN disease was located in the spleen and kidney,with deficiency of the essence and deficiency of the kidney,and the basic pathogenesis was deficiency of the spleen and kidney,dampness-heat connotation,blood stasis and water withdrawal as the symptoms.The basic treatment is mainly to strengthen the spleen and kidney,strengthen the root and raise yuan,with clearing heat and dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,etc.2.Professor Zhang Shoulin’s commonly used herbs for treating IMN include Astragalus membranaceus,Rehmannia radix,Coptis chinensis,Radix pseudostellariae,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,honeysuckle,Scutellaria scutellariae,oyster,motherwort,tangerine peel,Perilla leaf,Gorgon eurygorgon,keel and ophiopogon ophiopogon;3.In the treatment of IMN by Professor Zhang Shoulin,the commonly used combinations are keel-oyster,tetrandrine-Astragalus,bupleurum-scutellaria,safflower-peach kernel,parsnake-Astragalus,etc.
