Objective:By analyzing the general information, headache severity, mood depression,TCM syndromes,TCM constitution distribution law and correlation of patients with migraine without aura comorbidities depression disorder,in order to deepen the understanding of migraine without aura comorbidities depression disorder, and to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment.Method:In this study,a cross-sectional survey was adopted to screen patients who fully met the diagnostic criteria of migraine without aura comorporeal depressive disorder and the exclusion criteria of this study who were admitted to the outpatient Department of Encephalopathy,Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to October 2022.In the form of scale survey, data were sorted out and input into Excel, and SPSS25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Among the 158 patients included in this study, the syndrome of hyperactivity of liver-yang was the most common type of TCM syndrome, followed by the syndrome of phlegm-turbidity headache and the syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood. The proportion of headache syndrome of kidney deficiency and headache syndrome of blood stasis was the same;2.Among the 158 patients included in this study,Qi-stagnation was the most common type of TCM constitution, followed by Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,phlegm-dampness,peace,damp-heat and blood stasis;3.The physical distribution of different syndromes had significant differences(P<0.05).Those with qi stagnation tended to develop hyperactivity of liver Yang; Those with phlegm-dampness tended to develop phlegm-turbidified headache syndrome; Those with qi deficiency tended to develop Qi and blood deficiency syndrome;4.There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of different TCM syndrome types in the patients with depression without aura migraine comorbidity, such as gender, education level, sleeping habits,BMI value, headache onset time, photophoresis symptoms and vomiting symptoms(P<0.05);5.Single factor analysis:(1)Education level: study survivors tended to develop Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);(2)Sleep habits: people with 23-0 points tend to develop Qi and blood deficiency syndrome(P<0.05);(3)BMI value: BMI score of patients with hyperactivity of liver Yang was significantly higher than that of patients with deficiency of qi and blood(P<0.05);(4)Accompanying symptoms: photophobia tends to develop hyperactivity of liver Yang;Vomiting patients tended to develop phlegm-turbiditic headache syndrome(P<0.05);(5)The onset time of headache: the onset time of headache in patients with phlegm-turbidity headache syndrome was 0.115 times of that in the afternoon;6.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that the factors related to hyperactivity of liver Yang were photophobia and qi stagnation. The factors associated with turbidity-phlegm-headache syndrome were vomiting, afternoon and phlegm-dampness.Factors related to Qi and blood deficiency syndrome were 23-0 points, graduate students,qi deficiency quality.Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of patients with depressive disorder without aura migraine mainly include hyperactivity of liver Yang,turbidity-phlegm headache, and deficiency of gas and blood.2.The physical distribution of depressive disorder patients with migraine without aura is different among different TCM syndromes, among which there is significant correlation between Qi stagnation and hyperactivity of liver Yang,phlegm-dampness and phlegm-turbidity headache,qi deficiency and qi and blood deficiency.3.There was significant correlation between TCM syndrome type and gender, education level, sleeping habits,BMI value, headache onset time, photophobia and vomiting in patients with depression disorder without aura migraine. It could not be concluded that the different syndromes of depressive disorder without aura migraine were correlated with age, occupational nature, marital status, tobacco and alcohol history, coffee preference,VAS score,HAMD score, migraine duration and frequent onset period.
