Based On Data Mining,professor Zhao Weimin Used Chai Hu To Evacuate The Liver And Scatter The Disease And The Law Of Medication

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the treating rules of diseases and symptoms of Buplehu Shugan Powder,as well as the prescription rules of the application of buplehu Shugan powder by Professor Zhao Weimin,and to summarize the thought experience and academic theory of the tutor,in order to further improve the efficacy of the clinical application of buplehu Shugan powder and expand the therapeutic scope of buplehu Shugan powder.Methods: In this experiment,a total of 300 cases were collected by collecting the patients treated by Professor Zhao Weimin with Chaihu Shugan powder in the National Medicine Hall of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2022.The diagnosis and treatment information was taken by imaging method,or the original medical records were directly retained or retrieved from the hospital computer center.After the medical record information was input into the ancient and modern medical record cloud platform system for standardized processing,the symptoms and prescriptions of the tutor’s application of Chaihu Shugan Powder were excavated.The final statistics include symptoms,frequency statistics of drugs,disease statistics of traditional Chinese and western medicine,core drugs,symptom combination,combination of prescription and so on.Results: Data of 300 prescriptions collected were analyzed.Results: Female patients were slightly more than male patients;The age is mainly young and middle-aged;The main symptoms were irritability,dry mouth,difficulty falling asleep,dizziness and bitter mouth.A total of 189 traditional Chinese medicines were used,and the top 20 medicines with the frequency of use were: white peony root,Tangerine peel,Fructus aurantii,prepared licorice,Ligusticum Chuanxiong,bupleurum,vinegar,Scutellaria scutellaria,Magnolia officinalis,Coptis coptidis,light bamboo leaves,Radix aconitum,lily,safflower,calamus calamus,keel,oyster,Moutan peel,dried gold and prepared Radix polygoni.Use four qi to cold and warm;The five tastes were mainly bitter,hot and sweet.Cluster analysis was made on the top 15 symptoms with frequency,and four combinations were obtained: dizziness-dry mouth-bitter mouth-irritability-difficulty in falling asleep,fatigue-dry stool,yellow urine-hot hands and feet,dreaminess-easy to wake up-abdominal distension-morning stiffness-sweating-headache.Based on the cluster analysis of the top 20 Chinese herbs with the highest frequency,four combinations were obtained: Moutan peel-Calamus acorus-Turpentine,keel-oyster-first aconitum-lily,prepared Radix polygonatum-wine fructus paeoniae-fried Fructus aurantii-vinegar Fructus,safflower-light bamboo leaves,Coptis fructus-prepared licorice,magnolia officinalis-Radix Tangerine peel-Ligusticum Chuanxiong-Bupleurum.Conclusion:1.The attending diseases of Chaihu Shugan powder involve 19 kinds of Western diseases and 19 kinds of Chinese diseases,and the treatment range is wide.2.The core pathogenesis of bupleurum Shugan powder is not smooth Qi,long time fire.3.The core tongue pulse of Chaihu Shugan powder includes: the tongue quality is mainly light red tongue,dark red tongue,red tongue;Tongue coating mainly white moss;Chordal pulse and chordal slide pulse are the main pulse images.4.The core symptoms of Chaihu Shugan powder are irritability,dry mouth,bitter mouth,hot hands and feet,difficulty falling asleep,dizziness,abdominal distension,yellow urine.5.The teacher’s clinical thought is: holistic concept,people-oriented,emphasizing the combination of syndrome and syndrome.The teacher’s medication characteristics are:attaching equal importance to Qi machine operation,cold and temperature,advocating both good and evil.
