| Objective: Through a survey and analysis of the pre-pregnancy examination results of couples planning to get pregnant in a district of Changchun City,we understand the characteristics and health status of the population,classify the participants according to the risk assessment guidebook of pre-pregnancy eugenics health examination,identify various risk factors affecting eugenics,provide a scientific basis for improving the pre-pregnancy health status of couples planning to get pregnant,and promote eugenics.Methods: In this study,1090 couples who planned to get pregnant from 2019 to 2021 at a district maternal and child health and family planning service center in Changchun City received free preconception eugenic health checkups,and their examination results were investigated,and all examination results were filled out by professional doctors,including:basic information,general information,physical examination,clinical tests and gynecological ultrasound examination.The current status of domestic and foreign research was grasped by reviewing relevant policies and reading literature.Excel was applied to enter the data,and SPSS26 was selected for one-way and multi-factor analysis,and the chi-square test and unconditional logistic test were used to analyze the data,and the difference was considered statistically significant at P<0.05.Results:(1)Among the 1090 couples in this study,the risk assessment revealed that71.3% of the general population and 28.7% of the risk population were male participants;74.8% of the general population and 25.2% of the risk population were female participants.(2)By single-factor analysis,the influencing factors of pre-pregnancy eugenics in male risk group were disease history,smoking history,drinking history,BMI≥24 and hypertension;the influencing factors of pre-pregnancy eugenics in female risk group were age,education level,occupation,gynecological disease history,adverse pregnancy outcome history,smoking history,drinking history,BMI≥24 and hypertension.(3)By multifactorial logistic regression analysis,the OR values of 0.126 for no history of disease,0.406 for no history of smoking,0.279 for no history of alcohol consumption,and 0.271 for body mass index(18.5≤BMI<24)were the protective factors for the male risk group.The OR for the female risk group were 0.226 for age 18-35 years,0.230 for no history of gynecological disease,0.357 for no history of smoking,0.431 for no history of alcohol consumption,and0.360 for body mass index(18.5≤BMI<24),all of which were protective factors for the female risk group.protective factors for the population.Conclusion: The overall preconception health status of couples planning to get pregnant in a district of Changchun is good,and the percentage of risk groups is low;the percentage of risk groups among the participating population is higher for men than for women,which means that while strengthening preconception health care services for women,it is also necessary to improve preconception health care services for men,guide men to enhance their awareness of eugenics,and strengthen the publicity,education and health management for the male population planning to get pregnant;it is necessary to It is necessary to carry out relevant preconception health education and examination services for different genders and different target groups.For the general population,health education and preconception counseling on preconception eugenics are given;for the risk group,targeted advice and interventions are given according to the risk level and timely follow-up guidance. |
