Objective:In order to understand the health level of the elderly over 65 years old in Wuhu community at the current stage,understand the main health problems of the elderly residents in Wuhu,carry out relevant research on the health problems of the elderly,explore the relevant influencing factors of the main health problems of the elderly,determine the specific health level of the elderly residents in Wuhu,and facilitate targeted intervention measures for the elderly residents in the community from the perspective of health problems,So as to improve the health level of the elderly residents in the community,improve the quality of life of the elderly residents,and also hope to extend the life expectancy of the elderly.Methods:The elderly over 65 years old in Wuhu community were investigated.The data of physical examination reports of the elderly from March 2021 to March 2022were mainly collected,including gender,age,height,weight,BMI,blood pressure,blood sugar,gluten,cereal grass,blood urea nitrogen,blood creatinine,blood uric acid,cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,high-density lipoprotein,hypertension history,and diabetes history.This study is a cross-sectional study to understand the health level of the elderly and their major health problems and influencing factors.Based on the results of the seventh population census of Wuhu City,stratified sampling was conducted for the elderly over 65 years old in Wuhu community according to the age range of 5 years old.A total of 1650 people were included,including 600 elderly between 65 and 69 years old,450 elderly between 70 and 74 years old,and 300 elderly between 75 and 79 years old,There are 300 senior citizens over 80 years old.1.Selected population: elderly people over 65 years old in Wuhu community(eligible for national free physical examination)2.Selected data: the general items are the gender,age,height,weight,BMI,hypertension,hyperglycemia of the elderly,and the laboratory items are hemoglobin,alanine aminotransferase(ATL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood creatinine(Cr),blood uric acid(UA),cholesterol(TC),triacylglycerol(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL),high-density lipoprotein(HDL),etc,We also collected the filing of chronic diseases in the elderly,and recorded the prevalence of hypertension and hyperglycemia in the elderly.3.Statistical methods: SPSS 26.0 software was used for statistical analysis.The main statistical methods used in this study are:(1)Apply single sample K-S test to evaluate whether the data conform to normal distribution(see appendix);(2)The measurement data adopts T test and is expressed in ± s;the counting data adopts chi square test and is expressed in%;(3)Logistic regression model was used for multiple influencing factors analysis,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Result:A total of 1650 people were included in this study,including 753 men,accounting for 45.6% of the total respondents,and 897 women,accounting for 54.4%.The average BMI index of the elderly male was 24.25 ± 2.96,and the average BMI index of the elderly female was 24.46 ± 3.45,and there was no statistical difference between the elderly male and female(x ^ 2=-1.136,P=0.181).The total prevalence of various diseases in the elderly were hypertension(57.6%),diabetes(20.4%),dyslipidemia(25%),liver dysfunction(5.2%),renal dysfunction(19%),hyperuricemia(24.9%),and metabolic syndrome(14.4%).There were significant differences in the total prevalence of hypertension among the elderly of different genders(x2=5.981,p<0.05).Conclusion:1.In this study,most of the elderly over 65 years old in Wuhu community are normal and overweight.2.In this study,the prevalence of hypertension is far more than that of other diseases among the elderly aged 65 and over in Wuhu community at all ages and in the total population,which is the main health problem of the elderly residents in Wuhu community.3.In this study,the prevalence of hypertension in all age groups of the respondents is the highest,and the prevalence of hypertension is increasing with age,regardless of men and women.4.In this study,age,weight,BMI,TG,diabetes and hyperuricemia are independent risk factors for hypertension.
