With the promotion of a new round of reform,administrative personnel play an increasingly important role in hospital governance,but the concept of "emphasize clinic,neglect management" is not conducive to stimulate the enthusiasm of administrative personnel to work,make them easy to become a high incidence of job burnout population,so explore the situation of hospital administrative personnel burnout,deeply understand the factors affecting job burnout and causes,and then finding a reasonable solution is an urgent problem.On the basis of reviewing the burnout literature,this paper selects the administrative staff from the quality management department,finance department and logistics department of NC Hospital for interviews.The classical job burnout scale was adopted for questionnaire survey.Through SPSS24.0 data analysis,it was found that the job burnout of administrative staff in NC hospital involved three dimensions,the first is emotional exhaustion,the second is depersonalization,and the last is low sense of accomplishment.In terms of the influencing factors of job burnout,work pressure,work environment,development space,salary,person-post matching degree directly affect the job burnout of managers.The research suggests that the management plan should be humanized and diversified,which should not only intervene in human resource management from the organizational level,but also respect the differences of the causes of job burnout among employees.At the same time,the management methods and strategies of NC hospital should be adjusted appropriately,and the innovative development of hospital management was facilitated by improving management efficiency,creating a good working environment,determining the path of development,compensating scientific,matching person-post,and improving training.In addition,for the problems of individual differences between employees,it is necessary to build a humanistic care mechanism,and help managers to coordinate the relationship between work and family at the same time,so as to break the impact of managers’ own reasons on job burnout.Therefore,it not only provides a practical reference for the construction of a wellqualified and scientifically equipped hospital management talent team,but also improves the job burnout of administrative personnel in NC hospital,thus improving the overall management efficiency of NC hospital.
