| Objective: 1.Conduct TCM physique identification for women infected with HR-HPV within 2 years and those who do not turn negative in 2 years,compare whether there is a difference in physical constitution between the two groups,and explore whether TCM physique identification has an early warning and risk prompt effect on HR-HPV infected patients and continuous non-negative conversion.2.The 120 patients who were positive for HR-HPV and underwent histopathological examination were divided into low-grade lesions and cervicitis groups(chronic cervicitis or LSIL)and high-grade lesions and cervical cancer groups(HSIL or cervical cancer)according to the results of the examination.Methods: This study mainly adopted a case-control study,and collected 300 patients who were first detected in the cervical diagnosis and treatment center of Kunming Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital in the past five years,and re-examined HR-HPV again in 2years,and a total of 300 cases were identified by traditional Chinese medicine constitution and studied in groups.Results:(1)There was no statistical difference between the 2-year negative group and the2-year non-negative group in terms of general conditions and main risk factors for HPV infection,and the groups were comparable.(2)There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of physical constitution between the 2-year negative group and the 2-year non-negative group,and the physical composition of the 2-year negative group was: peaceful(79.3%),yang deficiency(8.0%),qi depression(5.3%),qi deficiency(4.0%),humid heat(2.0%),yin deficiency(0.7%),sputum wet matter(0.7%);The physical composition of the 2-year non-negative group was,from high to low,yang deficiency(30.0%),peaceful quality(23.3%),qi depression(20.0%),qi deficiency(10.7%),humid heat quality(9.3%),phlegm wet matter(2.8%),yin deficiency quality(1.3%),blood stasis(1.3%),and special quality(1.3%).(3)There were statistically significant differences in the distribution of physique between the low-grade lesions and cervicitis group and the high-grade lesions and cervical cancer groups,and the physical composition of the low-grade lesions and cervicitis group was:peaceful(39.2%),yang deficiency(27.4%),qi depression(15.7%),humid heat(9.8%),qi deficiency(3.9%),phlegm and moisture(2.0%),blood stasis(2.0%);The constitution composition of high-grade lesions and cervical cancer group was,from high to low,yang deficiency(24.7%),peaceful quality(21.7%),qi depression(20.3%),qi deficiency(17.5%),humid heat(10.1%),sputum moisture(2.9%),yin deficiency(1.4%),and blood stasis(1.4%).Conclusion:(1)The constitution of patients in the the 2-year negative group was mainly peaceful quality,the physique of patients in the 2-year non-negative group was mainly biased constitution,and the main biased constitution of the 2-year non-negative group was yang deficiency and temperament,and the probability of turning negative within 2 years after infection with HR-HPV was higher than that of women with biased quality.(2)The constitution of patients in the low-grade lesion and cervicitis group and the high-grade lesion and cervical cancer group were mainly biased quality,and the proportion of biased quality in the high-grade lesion and cervical cancer group was higher than that in the low-grade lesion and cervicitis group.The main biased constitutions of the low-grade lesions and cervicitis group were yang deficiency,qi depression and humid heat,and the main biased constitutions of high-grade lesions and cervical cancer group were yang deficiency,temperament,qi deficiency and humid heat.(3)TCM physique identification has an early warning and risk prompt effect on patients with HR-HPV persistent non-negative transformation,and can be used for the risk grading management of patients with high-grade cervical lesions and cervical cancer.(4)Female HR-HPV infection patients with yang deficiency,qi depression,humid heat and qi deficiency are the groups we need to focus on in clinical management. |
