| Objective:Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is a group of precancerous lesions closely related to cervical cancer, which reflects the development of cervical cancer in a continuous process, in its pathological and physiological process of development there are two different outcomes, namely, natural healing, and may be a potential cancer. The clinical manifestations more non-specific symptoms, even accompanied by an increase in Leucorrhea, with or without odor, contact bleeding. In recent years, the incidence of cervical cancer is on the rise, and more and more younger, which has aroused widespread concern in the medical profession. Studies found that More than 90% of CIN associated with human papillomavirus (HPV), and persistent high-risk HPV infection in cervical precancerous lesions and cervical cancer is a necessary condition occurs. At present, there is no a good conservative Prevention and treatment for CIN and HPV infection in worldwide, therefore, strengthening the CIN and HPV infection research and searching for effective treatments have important practical significance. This study is based on the tutor's many years of clinical experience and after literature review in the system, we formulate the treatment plan, using single Herba Houttuyniae Powder cervical local administration, with perosing decoction of Chinese medicine approach, in the field of medicine to seek an effective prevention and treatment of new ways of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods:eithty-one cases of CIN I, HPV infection complicated with Cervicitis were randomized into Herba Houttuyniae group 35 cases, Interferon group 34 cases and blank group 12 cases. The treatment group administered by:exposure to cervical by Vaginal Speculum and disinfect of the cervix and vagina fornix by PVP Iodine, apply about 1.5g Herba Houttuyniae Powder evenly on the surface of the cervix and vaginal fornix, every other day one time in Outpatient department, consecutive 10 times for a course of treatment, while oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine (Group by:Herba Houttuyniae 15g, Radix Astragali 10g, Radix Codonopsis 10g, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae 10g, Radix Glycytthizae 6g, pearl barley 15g), serving a day, a course of treatment 10.The Interferon group administered by:after demonstrating the operating, requires patients vagina administering by themselves at night, every other day one time. The same as the above two sets of medication, continuous medication 3 courses of treatment, medication to stop in the menstruation period. The blank group without any treatment.After continuous treatment of 3 courses, observing the cervical erosion situation, and scopy again cervical cytology, HPV-DNA screening and cervical histopathology to compare the clinical efficacy of two treatment methods. Result:1. The Herba Houttuyniae group HPV negative in 22 cases, the negative conversion is rate of 62.86%, the interferon group HPV negative in 20 cases, the negative conversion is rate of 58.82%, treated by statistical processing (P1>0.0125); blank group HPV negative in2 cases, the negative conversion is rate of 16.67%, treated by statistical processing (P2<0.0125), Herba Houttuyniae group is no significant difference with Interferon group, but obviously higher than the blank group.2. To compare the efficacy of CIN, Herba Houttuyniae group has returned to normal in 20 cases, improvement rate of 57.14%, Interferon group were back to normal in 15 cases, improvement rate of 44.12%, treated by statistical processing (P1>0.0125); the blank group has returned to normal in 2 patients, improvement rate of 16.67%, treated by statistical processing (P2<0.0125), Herba Houttuyniae group was no significant difference with Interferon group, but obviously better than the blank group.3. To compare the efficacy of cervicitis, there have 15 cases markedly improved, improved in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 77.14%, the Interferon group markedly in 1 case, improved in 9 cases, the total effective rate was 29.41%, treated by statistical processing (P2<0.0125); the blank group markedly 0 cases, improved in 1 case, the total effective rate was 8.3%, treated by statistical processing (P2<0.0125), and compared with the Interferon group and the blank group, the Herba Houttuyniae group was significantly advantage. Conclusion:Herba Houttuynia combined traditional Chinese medicine decoction can elevate the negative conversion ratio of HPV, and effect on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, HPV infection in cervicitis merger of disease treatment, and to avoid toxic side-effects of western medicine and the potential risk of complications, this method is safe, economical and efficient, easy to accepte by patients, worthy of clinical application. |
