Purpose:Through observation, analysis and evaluation of the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis,to provide an effective new method for acupuncture treatment of this disease, and to expand the clinical application of acupuncture and qi method of needle tremor. Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were collected strictly according to diagnostic criteria and sodium exclusion criteria, and were separate out treatment group(needle finger tremor qi circulation method)and control group(routine acupuncture method),36 cases each. The two groups had the same acupoints, and the main points were Zhongwan,Zusanli,Neiguan and Gongsun, and the points were matched with the syndrome. Both groups were treated with 2 courses of acupuncture: 3 times a week,4 weeks for 1 course of treatment. The score changes of CNAG main symptom quantitative grading scale, chronic gastrointestinal disease PRO scale and TCM syndrome rating scale before and after acupuncture were compared between the two groups, and SPSS26.0 was used for data analysis,so as to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the two acupuncture methods on this disease.Results:1.A total of 72 patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis who met the criteria were included in this study, with 6 cases shedding and 66 cases completed. In the treatment group,34 cases of abscission were completed,1 case was abscission due to unwillingness to continue acupuncture treatment, and 1 case was lost to follow-up.The control group completed 32 cases,1 case failed to complete treatment due to business trip,1 case was eliminated due to self-medication,and 2 cases fell off due to reluctance to continue acupuncture treatment. The collection of cases in the two groups was compared, and Fisher’s exact probability test showed no statistical significance(P > 0.05),which was comparable between the two groups. The baseline data of disease course, age, gender and 3 rating scales before treatment(CNAG quantitative grading scale of major symptoms,Chronic Gastrointestinal Disease PRO scale,TCM syndrome rating scale)were compared between the two groups, all P >0.05,the differences were not statistically significant, and the basic situation of the two groups was comparable.2.The main symptom scores of CNAG before and after acupuncture in the two groups were compared:(1)Intra-group comparison: the scores of stomach pain, abdominal fullness and heartburn and acid reflux in the two groups were significantly decreased after acupuncture compared with those before treatment,P < 0.001 for all,the differences were extremely significant, indicating that the two acupuncture methods had significant effects on the improvement of the symptoms of stomach pain, abdominal fullness and heartburn and acid reflux in the two groups; The scores of belching and water flooding after acupuncture in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,P < 0.05,indicating that the differences were statistically significant, indicating that both acupuncture methods had an effect on the improvement of belching and water flooding symptoms in patients.(2)Comparison between groups: Wilcoxon sign rank test was used to compare the scores of stomach pain, abdominal distension, heartburn and acid reflux after acupuncture in the two groups, and all P < 0.05,indicating that the qi method of needle tremor was superior to conventional acupuncture for the improvement of the symptoms of stomach pain, abdominal distension, heartburn and acid reflux. The scores of belching and water flooding after acupuncture were compared between the two groups, with P > 0.05,indicating that the two acupuncture methods had similar effects on the improvement of belching and water flooding symptoms in patients.3.Comparison of the total score of the main symptoms of CNAG before and after acupuncture between the two groups:(1)Comparison within the group: After acupuncture, the total score of major symptoms of CNAG in 2 groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment.Mann-Whitney U test was used,P< 0.001,and the differences were extremely significant, indicating that the two acupuncture methods had a significant effect on the improvement of the main symptoms of patients.(2)Comparison between groups: The total score of CNAG main symptoms after acupuncture in the two groups was determined by Wilcoxon sign rank test,P < 0.001,showing extremely significant statistical significance.that the difference was statistically significant, indicating that acupuncture finger tremor qi method was significantly superior to conventional acupuncture in improving the main symptoms of patients.4.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores before and after acupuncture in the two groups:(1)Comparison within the group: TCM syndrome scores after acupuncture in the two groups decreased significantly compared with before treatment,P < 0.001,the differences were extremely significant statistical significance, indicating that the two acupuncture methods had a significant effect on the improvement of TCM syndrome in patients;(2)Comparison between groups: the two groups of patients acupuncture TCM syndrome score after two independent two samples t test,P < 0.001,the difference has extremely significant statistical significance, indicating that acupuncture finger tremor qi method is significantly better than conventional acupuncture in improving the TCM syndrome of patients.5.Comparison of PRO scores of chronic gastrointestinal diseases before and after acupuncture in the two groups:(1)Comparison within the group: PRO scores of chronic gastrointestinal diseases after acupuncture in the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,P < 0.001,the differences were extremely significant statistical significance, indicating that the two acupuncture methods have a significant effect on the improvement of patients’ quality of life;(2)Comparison between groups: the PRO score of chronic gastrointestinal diseases in the two groups after acupuncture was tested by the t test of two independent samples,P <0.001,there was a statistically significant difference, indicating that needle tremor qi method is significantly better than conventional acupuncture in improving the quality of life of patients.6.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: After 2 courses of treatment in both groups, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.12%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.38%.By Mann-Whitney U test, there was a statistically significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups(Z=-2.768,P=0.006,P < 0.01),indicating that the clinical efficacy of needle tremor qi method was superior to conventional acupuncture.7.Safety evaluation: All vital signs in 2 groups were normal before and after treatment; No accident occurred in the two groups during the treatment, indicating that the two acupuncture manipulations are reliable in terms of safety.Conlusions:1.For the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis, both acupuncture methods can achieve significant clinical efficacy.2.Compared with the conventional acupuncture method,it has more advantages in improving symptoms,TCM syndromes and quality of life.3.For the improvement of the symptoms of stomachache, abdominal fullness, heartburn and acid reflux, the qi method of needle finger tremor is superior to conventional acupuncture. For the improvement of belching and clear water, the two acupuncture methods had similar effects.4.Acupuncture finger tremor and qi treatment for chronic non-atrophic gastritis is efficient, safe and easy to operate, and there are no accidents in the treatment process.
