Objective:To observe the effect of Su ’s point-pressing manipulation on functional rehabilitation of patients with patellar dislocation after operation,in order to better enrich clinical treatment methods, promote postoperative rehabilitation and reduce patients ’ pain.Methods:60 patients with patellar dislocation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of admission, including 30 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group. Both groups of patients underwent arthroscopic MPFL reconstruction surgery, perioperative education and postoperative functional exercise guidance by the same group of doctors. The control group was treated with routine functional exercise, and the treatment group was treated based on the control group ’s treatment method combined with Su ’s point-pressing manipulation in southern Yunnan for4 weeks. The knee flexion and extension,VAS score and Lysholm score of the two groups were recorded at 1 day after operation(before treatment),1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after operation. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software. The curative effect of Su ’s point-pressing manipulation on functional rehabilitation after arthroscopic MPFL reconstruction of patellar dislocation was evaluated.Results:Finally,60 cases were included in the study, including 18 males and 42 females. There was no significant difference in gender, age, knee flexion and extension,VAS score and Lysholm score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in knee flexion and extension,VAS score and Lysholm score between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The VAS scores of the patients in the treatment group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery, and the knee flexion and extension and knee Lysholm scores at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and easy to apply Su ’s point-pressing manipulation in southern Yunnan to patients after arthroscopic MPFL reconstruction of patellar dislocation. It has a definite effect in improving postoperative swelling and pain symptoms and improving knee joint functional activities, which is conducive to promoting postoperative rehabilitation.
