| Objective:Based on the use of “traditional Chinese medicine manipulation”to promote rehabilitation exercise and general rehabilitation training of patients after recurrent patellar dislocation surgery, the author compare two different postoperative rehabilitation exercise programs, observe the differences in their clinical efficacy and explore the guiding significance and clinical application value of“traditional Chinese medicine manipulation” for early postoperative rehabilitation exercise. Methods:Analysis since October 2019 to March 2021 affiliated hospital of shandong university of TCM orthopedics patients included in cases of recurrent patellar dislocation,60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Preoperative variables were evaluated and interfering factors were excluded. Both groups were treated with arthroscopically assisted medial knee ligament reconstruction + tibial tubercle transposition. The control group received the same postoperative general rehabilitation exercise as the treatment group. The treatment group used “traditional Chinese medicine manipulation”to promote rehabilitation exercise at early stage.Perioperative variables were recorded and compared between the two groups. The observation indicators were pain VAS score(visual analogue scale). The analysis was recorded preoperative and postoperative 1months,3 months,6months.The Kujala score and Lysholm score of knee joint function were recorded and analyzed preoperative and postoperative,3months,6 months. The postoperative complications were recorded. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was assessed. Results:There was no significant difference in knee joint function and perioperative variables between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the preoperative results, the Kujala score and Lysholm score of knee joint function were significantly increased with the postoperative time in both groups(P<0.05)and the VAS score was significantly decreased, and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05);during follow-up at3 and 6 months after operation, the VAS score,Kujala score and Lysholm score of knee joint function in the two groups were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05);postoperative complications in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:“Traditional Chinese medicine manipulation”is an effective and reliable rehabilitation method for patients with recurrent patellar dislocation after early postoperative rehabilitation exercise, with exact clinical effect and better recovery of postoperative limb function, which provides a new idea and method for the treatment and functional rehabilitation of modern clinical bone injury diseases. |
