Study On The Distribution Of TCM Evidence And Its Symptoms In Simple Obesity In Kunming

Objective:This study is based on the dialectical theory of evidence,and aims to formulate a TCM symptom questionnaire on simple obesity in Kunming through the collection of clinical diagnosis information,According to the symptom dialectin scale,the pathogenic position and pathogenic factors of simple obesity were determined,Discuss the disease distribution of symptoms and the characteristics of the combination of factors,It provides certain experience for the dialectic and diagnosis and treatment of simple obesity.Methods:From November 2021 to November 2022,the general information and four diagnosis information of 276 outpatient or inpatient patients with simple obesity from the Third Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine,the People’s Hospital of Panlong District of Kunming City,and Wujiaying Community were collected and sorted out,the syndrome table of simple obesity patients was obtained,and the syndrome-factor table was established by using EXCEL software for data statistics.According to the simplified score of the corresponding factor of each syndrome,[20]100 is used as the universal threshold for the establishment of the testimony,and these elements can be diagnosed when the obtained pixel score is equal to or greater than the universal threshold.Finally,the diagnosed factors were sorted out,and the SPSS26.0 software was used to conduct statistical analysis by systematic clustering to obtain the common TCM symptoms,distribution rules and combination characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and factors in simple obese patients in Kunming.Result:1.Among the 276 patients with simple obesity surveyed,the mean age was(37.88±11.69)years,male:female = 1:1.24;body mass index was(29.92±2.14);waist circumference(102.97±8.59);Among the occupations,most employees(96 cases,34.8%),and the education level was mainly college degree or above(176 cases,63.8%).The proportion of patients with family history was 42.4%;The degree of exercise was mostly occasional exercise,accounting for 65.75%;The BMI classification was mainly mild obesity,accounting for 85.14%.2.Through statistical analysis,the pathogenic factors of simple obesity in Kunming area of Yunnan Province were established as spleen(74.64%),liver(43.12%),stomach(38.04%),kidney(31.16%),large intestine(17.39%),the pathogenic factors are wet(73.91%),qi deficiency(51.81%),yang deficiency(49.28%),qi stagnation(37.32%),heat(18.12%),and yin deficiency(15.22%).3.The common types of symptoms of simple obese patients in Kunming are mainly liver depression and qi stasis,spleen deficiency and moisture obstruction,gastric heat and moisture resistance,yin deficiency and internal heat,kidney qi deficiency,and kidney yang deficiency.Conclusion:In this cross-sectional investigation and study,taking simple obese patients in Kunming as the research object,the distribution of factors in simple obese patients in Kunming was obtained through simplified measurement and diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,and the disease factors were spleen,liver,stomach,kidney,and large intestine,among which the spleen was the most common.The pathogenic factors are wet,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,qi stagnation,heat,and yin deficiency,of which wet is the most common.According to the law of cluster combination,a total of 6combination types were obtained in this study.This survey is an exploratory study,which objectively reflects the symptoms,factors and combination characteristics of simple obese patients in Kunming.
