Clinical Observation On Sequential Treatment Of Qi-stagnation And Blood-stasis Adenomyosis With Professor Zhang Liangying’s Prescription

ObjectiveThis subject uses the experience of Professor Liangying Zhang,a famous Chinese medicine professor,to treat the adenomyosis of qi stagnation and blood stasis in sequence with Xiaoliu Formula and Tongjing Formula,observe the clinical efficacy and safety,and analyze the various indicators through scientific statistical methods to draw conclusions,aiming at promoting the valuable academic experience of famous Chinese medicine to the clinical.MethodsAccording to the principle of random distribution,72 patients who met the diagnosis were divided into study group and control group,with 36 patients in each group.The study group: took the Xiaoliu formula 3 days after the onset of menstruation,and took the dysmenorrhea formula 3 days before the onset of menstruation.The control group: took the Gongliu Xiao 3 days after the onset of menstruation,and took the Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pill 3 days before the onset of menstruation.All patients were treated for 3 months and followed up.Compare the degree of dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,uterine volume,serum CA125 change,TCM syndrome score,TCM main and secondary symptoms scores and safety indicators before treatment,after treatment and after 2 months of drug withdrawal.ResultDuring the observation period,one case of the study group and two cases of the control group fell off due to the loss of contact of the study object.Finally,69 cases were effectively collected.The statistical results are as follows:1.Intra-group comparison between the two groups before and after treatment: the observation indexes(degree of dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,uterine volume,and CA125 change)of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the clinical symptoms were alleviated.After statistical analysis,the difference was significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of the effects after treatment between the two groups: After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in various observation indicators(degree of dysmenorrhea,menstrual volume,uterine volume,CA125 change),TCM syndrome score,TCM main symptom,secondary symptom score,and total score(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of the study group was better than that of the control group.The two groups of treatment can improve menstrual darkening and blood clots,but there is no statistically significant difference between the two groups.3.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy between the two groups: Comparing the total effective rate of the two groups,the efficacy of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.Follow-up comparison between the study group and the control group: There were significant differences in all indicators between the follow-up study group and the control group compared with before treatment,indicating that both groups had excellent long-term efficacy;During the follow-up between the two groups,there was a significant difference between various observation indicators,indicating that the long-term efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.Safety: The safety indexes of the two groups were normal after treatment,and there were no adverse reactions.ConclusionBy comparing Professor Liangying Zhang’s proven formula sequential treatment group with the traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations sequential treatment group,both methods can alleviate dysmenorrhea,reduce menstruation,reduce uterine volume,reduce the level of CA125,improve TCM syndromes,and are safe without adverse reactions.The long-term effect of follow-up is excellent.The research group is better than the control group in improving the above indicators,and is safe and effective,so it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
