Meta-analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound For Primary Premature Ejaculation And Clinical Observation Of The Tutor’s Empirical Prescription

Objective1.Meta-analysis was used to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy an d safety of TCM compound decoction in the treatment of primary premature eja culation(PPE),providing evidence-based evidence for the clinical treatment of PPE by TCM.2.To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Mijing Guizhui Longmu(M JGZLM)decoction in the treatment of PPE with heart-kidney discompatibility,in order to provide clinical basis.Methods1.Meta Analysis: The RCTs of TCM compound decoction for PPE were sea rched in CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,CBM,Cochrane Library,Pub Med,Embase,Web of Science and Clinical Key databases.Literature quality was evaluated using Co chrane systematic tools.Stata/SE 15.1 software was used for sensitivity analysis and Egger’s bias analysis.TSA v0.9 software was used for sequential analysis.2.Clinical observation: Self-control before and after treatment was adopted.Seventy-seven patients with primary premature ejaculation of heart-kidney non-co ncomitant type were included and treated with MJGZLM decoction(Tianjiang Fo rmula Granules),1 dose per day,3 times per day for 4 weeks.CISFPE,IELT,TCM syndrome score and occurrence of adverse reactions were dynamically obse rved before,2 weeks after and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively.Results1.Meta analysis: TCM compound decoction can improve the clinical treatme nt effect of PPE,prolong the ejaculation latency,improve the sexual function sc ore,improve the ejaculation control ability,improve the sexual satisfaction of pat ients and their spouses,and improve the TCM syndrome score,and will not inc rease the risk of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.2.Clinical observation: MJGZLM decoction can prolong IELT,improve sexu al function,enhance sexual satisfaction of patients and their spouses,and reduce TCM syndrome score of patients.The effect of 4 weeks of treatment was bette r than that of 2 weeks.Moreover,it is safe and worthy of further study.Conclusion1.TCM compound decoction is safe and effective for treating PPE internall y,which provides evidence-based evidence for TCM clinical treatment of PPE;2.MJGZLM decoction is safe and effective in treating PPE of heart-kidney i ncompatibility type,which can provide clinical basis for treating PPE of heart-ki dney incompatibility type in TCM.
