Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Jujing Zhuyu Decoction Combined With Acupoint Catgut Embedding In The Treatment Of Asthenospermia Of Spieen-kidney Deficiency With Phlegm-dampness

Objective:To comprehensively assess the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Jujing Zhuyu Decoction combined with buried acupoints in the treatment of splenic-kidney deficiency with phlegm-dampened asthenospermia,and to provide a safe and effective clinical basis for the clinical treatment of splenic-kidney deficiency with asthenospermia due to phlegm dampening.Method:72 patients with androgenic / reproductive outpatients from December 2021 to December2022 who attended the andrology reproductive out-patient clinic of Yunnan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and whose syndromes were identified as congruent with the sputum wet syndrome between spleen and kidney were divided into a control group and a trial group of 36 patients who met the criteria by randomized numerical tables.The control group was treated with jiawei poly-sperm-aid soup,and the experimental group was treated with the corresponding acupoints in addition to jiawei poly-sperm-aid soup.Three months after treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and sperm parameters of the two groups were compared and analyzed.The clinical data were analyzed,and the clinical effect of Jiawei Jujing Yuyu decoction combined with acupoint embedding was evaluated.Results:Four subjects were exfoliated and eliminated in the experimental group and four subjects were exfoliated and exfoliated in the control group.After 3 months of treatment,3 patients were cured in the experimental group,13 were effective,11 were effective and 5 were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 84.38%.The control group cured 1 case,showed 7positive effects,had 15 positive effects and 9 negative effects,with a total effective rate of71.88%.Compared to the control group,the experimental group was superior(P < 0.05).The experimental group conceived 2 cases,had 6.3%,the control group conceived 1 case,and the control group conceived 3.1%.Conclusion:When treating asthenospermia with splenic-kidney deficiency and phlegm dampening,acupoint catvot combined with oral Chinese medicine supplemented Jujing Zhuyu decoction and simple oral Chinese medicine supplemented Jujing Zhuyu decoction have significant efficacy in improving sperm motility,sperm concentration and TCM symptom integral,and no adverse events after treatment,with high safety.Moreover,acupoint catgut embedding combined with oral Chinese medicine flavored Jujing Zhuyu Decoction was superior to oral Chinese medicine alone in improving sperm motility,sperm concentration and overall score of TCM symptoms.
