【Purpose】 1.Based on the collaborative nursing model as the theoretical framework, the oral health and self-care collaborative intervention scheme for postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer was established.2.To explore the effects of collaborative intervention on oral health status, dry mouth, bad breath, oral PH value,self-care ability and satisfaction of cancer inpatients after chemotherapy for colorectal cancer.3.Implement the "Healthy China Action(2019—2030)" general health concept, and constantly improve patients’ self-care ability; In line with the goals of China’s Long-Term Plan for Chronic Disease Prevention and Control(2017—2025),out the "three reduction and three health" campaign, including a healthy mouth. To provide clinical reference for nursing patients with postoperative chemotherapy of colorectal cancer using collaborative intervention program.【Method】 1.In the first stage of this study,a collaborative intervention plan for oral health and self-care of patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer was constructed.First,semi-structured interview method was adopted in the qualitative study to conduct interviews centering on patients’ real experience and needs of oral care.Five topics including oral environment change,self-care ability defect, lack of knowledge, increased psychological burden and treatment expectation were summarized.Combined with literature review and expert group meeting, the final collaborative intervention plan was formed, and its effectiveness was verified by pre-experiment.2.In the second stage of this study,106 patients receiving postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer in the oncology department of a third-grade Grade A Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Yunnan Province from December 2021 to September 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Both groups were given routine nursing care in oncology department, and the intervention group was given collaborative intervention plan of oral health and self-care for patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer on this basis.Beck Oral rating Scale, oral odor score, oral dryness score, oral PH measurement,self-care ability scale and cancer patient hospitalization satisfaction scale were used to evaluate the effects of the two groups.Data were collected on day 1,day 7 and day 14 of chemotherapy, and statistical analysis was performed after the collection.【Result】 The first part shows that: The construction of oral health and self-care collaborative intervention plan for postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer should include the following five aspects:(1)reduce the problems of oral environment, starting from improving oral health status, bad breath, dry mouth and oral PH value;(2)Improve self-care ability: start from providing patients with relevant knowledge of disease and chemotherapy and mastering necessary oral care skills;(3)Improve hospitalization satisfaction: hospitalization satisfaction is closely related to patients’ disease treatment, oral care cooperation degree, giving patients sufficient humanistic care can improve hospitalization satisfaction,is conducive to the prognosis of patients;(4)To provide emotional support, from the combination of multidisciplinary,doctor-nurse-patient-family structure,to give patients necessary psychological comfort;(5)Use multimedia to provide education and guidance for patients from wechat groups and health education manuals,so as to provide information support for patients more conveniently and quickly. The second part shows that: In the intervention group, oral health and self-care collaborative intervention program for patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for colorectal cancer was implemented.1.Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in general data and disease data between the two groups(P >0.05),indicating comparability.2.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that Beck oral health scores of the two groups were statistically significant in terms of time, grouping and interaction effects(P <0.05).The score of intervention group was better than that of control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).3.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences in the time, grouping and interaction effects of oral dryness score and oral odor score between the two groups(P <0.05).The score of intervention group was better than that of control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).4.Repeated measurement analysis of variance showed that oral PH value in the two groups had statistical significance in time effect(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in group and interaction effect(P >0.05).5.Repeated measure analysis of variance showed that there were statistically significant differences in self-care ability between the two groups in terms of time, grouping and interaction effect(P <0.05).The score of intervention group was better than that of control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).6.Independent sample T-test showed that there was statistical significance in the total score of hospitalization satisfaction between the two groups before and after intervention(P <0.05).Compared with the control group, the intervention group had significant improvement in nine dimensions of doctors’ professional skills, doctors’ humanistic care, doctors’ information provision, doctors’ availability, nurses’ professional skills, nurses’ humanistic care, nurses’ information provision, nurses’ availability and inter-team communication(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in other personnel service, waiting time, hospital convenience and hospital between the two groups(P >0.05).【Conclusion】 1.The application of collaborative intervention plans in postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer can effectively improve their oral health status, reduce the degree of oral dryness and bad breath, improve their self-care ability, and enhance the satisfaction of cancer patients with hospitalization.2.The collaborative intervention plan for oral health and self-care of postoperative chemotherapy patients with colorectal cancer has the characteristics of multidisciplinary combination and complementary advantages between Chinese and Western medicine, and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice. |
