ObjectiveIn this study,an emotional nursing intervention scheme suitable for adolescents with depression and non-suicidal self-injury was developed to explore the influence of emotional nursing on adolescents with depression and non-suicidal self-injury,difficulty in emotional regulation, emotional response, and depression.Methods1.Preliminary formulation of emotional nursing intervention plan for adolescent depression patients with non-suicidal self-injury,and invitation of 7 experts in traditional Chinese medicine and psychology to demonstrate, and the final plan will be determined after the preliminary experiment.2.108 adolescent patients with depression and non-suicidal self-injury who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the psychiatry department of a hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and divided into trial group 1,trial group 2 and control group by simple random method.Experiment group 1 was given emotional nursing, experiment group 2was given emotional nursing on the basis of routine psychological nursing in psychiatric department, and control group was given routine psychological nursing in psychiatric department. The adolescent self-injury Questionnaire(ASS),Emotional Adjustment Difficulty Questionnaire(DERS),Emotional Reactivity Scale(ERS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),mental state and self-injury behavior checklist were used to evaluate before, after and one month after intervention, and the evaluation results were statistically analyzed.Results1.There were statistically significant differences in the number and degree of self-injury in the three groups before and after intervention, and one month before and after intervention(P < 0.001);The ratio between the end of intervention and one month after intervention: The number of self-injury(Z=-2.236,P=0.025)and the degree of self-injury(Z=-2.646,P=0.008)in test group 1 and the number of self-injury(Z=-3.317,P=0.001)and the degree of self-injury(Z=-2.271,P=0.006)in control group were statistically significant. There were statistically significant differences in DERS,ERS,SDS and degree of depression between groups before and after intervention, before and one month after intervention, and between groups after intervention and one month after intervention(P <0.001).2.End of intervention: Compared with the control group, the number of self-harm(H=-9.406,P=0.023),the degree of self-harm(H=-8.039,P=0.049),ERS(H=-29.121,P=0.001),SDS(H=-19.121,P=0.022),the degree of depression(Z=-16.886,P=0.020),the number of self-injury(H=-9.363,P=0.025)and ERS(H=-21.386,P=0.009)between test group 1 and the control group were statistically significant.3.One month after the intervention: The number of self-harm(H=-17.931,P=0.001),the degree of self-harm(H=-29.394,P=0.001),DERS(H=-48.848,P=0.001),ERS(H=-59.846,P=0.001),SDS(H=-33.332,P < 0.001),degree of depression(Z=-21.765,P=0.001),ratio of DERS(H=32.132,P=0.001),ERS(H=29.043,P=0.001),SDS(H=32.963,P < 0.001),self-harm degree(H=-22.651,P=0.001),DERS(H=-16.716,P=0.001),ERS(H=-30.803,P=0.001),The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion1.For the group of adolescents with depression and non-suicidal self-injury,this study consulted relevant literature and developed a suitable emotional nursing intervention program according to the characteristics of their diseases.Through expert demonstration and pre-experimental verification,it was determined that the program was scientific, feasible, suitable and effective, and easy to be accepted by patients.2.The simple implementation of routine psychological nursing in psychiatric department, the simple implementation of emotional nursing and the implementation of emotional nursing on the basis of routine psychological nursing in psychiatric department, has an effect on reducing the non-suicidal self-injury,emotional regulation difficulties, emotional response, depression in adolescent patients with depression.3.The effect of emotional nursing on the basis of routine psychological nursing in psychiatric department is better than that of simple implementation of emotional nursing, and the effect of simple implementation of emotional nursing is better than that of simple implementation of routine psychological nursing in psychiatric department, which can provide reference for the scientific research and clinical practice of integrated psychological nursing of Chinese and Western medicine in adolescents with depression.
