By assessing non-suicidal self-injury behavior and emotional intelligence in adolescent major depressive disorder patients, using magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)to detect brain biochemical metabolism, compared with normal control group,We are going to analysis non-suicidal self-injury behavior of adolescent depression Emotional intelligence, brain biochemical metabolism, and choosing emotional intelligence as new targets, exploring the mechanism of adolescent depression and non-suicidal self-injury behavior, and provide a basis for early identification and early intervention of adolescent non-suicidal self-injury behavior.According to diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders,Fifth Edition(DSM-5),clinical interview,34 MDD patients and 29 normal controls(HC group)were recruited in the study. The self-injury questionnaire and emotional intelligence questionnaire were used to evaluate the non-suicidal self-injury behavior and emotional intelligence of adolescents. The N-acetyl aspartate(NAA),choline compounds(Cho),myo inositol(m I),creatine(cr)and N-acetyl aspartate(NAA)in anterior cingulate gyrus, frontal lobe and thalamus of 22 MDD group and 15 control group were detected by MRS,the data were statistically analyzed to analyze the role of emotional intelligence in adolescent MDD and non-suicidal self-injury behavior, and to analyze the characteristics of brain biochemical metabolism. The study found that(1)Compared with the normal control group, the non-suicidal self-injury behavior of the adolescent MDD group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the emotional intelligence was significantly lower than that of the control group;(2)There was a significant negative correlation between adolescent depression and emotional intelligence,a significant positive correlation between adolescent depression and NSSI behavior, and a significant negative correlation between adolescent emotional intelligence and NSSI;(3)Depression significantly predicted non-suicidal self-injury behavior, and emotional intelligence played a moderating effect in the relationship between depression and NSSI;(4)Compared with the normal control group, the Cho/Cr value of the left thalamus in untreated adolescent with first-episode MDD group was significantly lower than that in the HC group.(5)The emotional regulation and emotional use of the adolescent with group of in untreated adolescent with first-episode MDD and NSSI were significantly positively correlated with NAA/Cr in the left anterior cingulate cortex, and the emotional understanding and emotional regulation were significantly positively correlated with Cho/Cr in the left anterior cingulate cortex.Emotional understanding was also significantly positively correlated with Cho/Cr in the right anterior cingulate cortex, and was significantly negatively correlated with m I /Cr in the right anterior cingulate cortex;Emotional understanding was associated with Cho/Cr,m I/ Cr in the right frontal white matter There was a significant positive correlation;emotional perception, emotional use, emotional intelligence and the right thalamus m I/Cr were significantly negatively correlated. The study reached the following conclusions.(1)Major depressive disorder of adolescent is a predictor of non-suicide self-injury.Emotional intelligence may be a potential influencing factor between adolescent major depressive disorder and non-suicidal self-injury;(2)Non-suicidal selfinjury behavior of untreated adolescents with first-episode depression in the left thalamus may have neuronal membrane phospholipid metabolism disorder;(3)The emotion disorder of untreated adolescents with first-episode depression s with NSSI may be related to the abnormal biochemical metabolism of anterior cingulate gyrus frontal gyrus, and the emotional perception may be related to the abnormal metabolism of thalamus.
