Clinical Observation Of Shenqi Guanxin Formula In Treating Senile Coronary Heart Disease With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Shenqi Guanxin Formula on elderly(75-89 years old)coronary heart disease patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis.In order to optimize the treatment plan and provide safe and effective clinical basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 72 patients aged 75-89 years old with Qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected from the cardiovascular disease department of the geriatric ward of Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.By random number table method,The trial patients were divided into treatment and control groups,with 36 patients in each group.The treatment group combined shenqi guaxin formula on the basis of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment,and the control group adopted secondary standard treatment to prevent coronary heart disease for a course of 4 weeks.TCM syndrome,angina scores,electrocardiogram efficacy,Seattle angine questionnaire(SAQ),blood lipid,non-invasive cardiac function(CO,SV,ACI,VI)and other indexes of the two groups were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1.Efficacy of TCM syndrome: in the treatment group improved significantly,the effective rate was 91.17%;the effective rate of the control group was 79.41%,and the efficacy of TCM syndrome was significantly better than that of the control group(p<0.05).2.Efficacy of angina pectoris: The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,while the total effective rate of the latter was 76.47%,(p<0.05).3.ECG efficacy: The ECG improved before and after treatment and the treatment group was better than the control group.The effective rate of the treatment group(91.17%)was significantly greater than that of the control group(79.41%),(p <0.05)4.Quality of life: there were significant differences in the total SAQ scores of the two groups before and after treatment(p< 0.05).0.05),and the quality of life was significantly improved.5.Blood lipid: there were significant differences in blood lipid levels between the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05).6.non-invasive cardiac function: Cardiac output(CO),stroke output(SV),myocardial contractility(ACI,VI)were significantly different between the two groups after treatment(p<0.05).Patients showed significant improvement in cardiac function.Conclusion:Shenqi Guanxin Formula can improve the clinical symptoms and lipid abnormalities in elderly patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and obviously improve the heart function of patients.During the trial,no adverse events such as bleeding,liver and kidney function damage occurred in the elderly patients.It is safe and effective,and has significant clinical efficacy.It provides a new treatment plan for the elderly patients with many basic diseases to treat coronary heart disease,and is worthy of clinical promotion.At the same time,it provides new treatment ideas and approaches for improving patients’ compliance and reducing the side effects caused by combined drug use.
